ANY BODY FROM PAKISTAN?? Who has gone for 4.3 update for note 2 from factory version??? whats the negatives and positives? as many people give confusing remarks regarding battery backup etc ,currently my N7100 is going around 20-22Hrs easily with all surfing stuff, chat and calls. Kindly give opinion brothers what to do as in pakistan the total package is of 752mb instead of 701mb as most people on forum mentioned

Whether to factory reset and upgrade or first upgrade and factory reset depends on every users' wish and the the problems they face or not.

I think you are advicing in a decent manner now. So lets take a oath to make this area a decent one from 2014 onwards. But paragb and parbinder should also cooperate in this regard.

I bought a Lumia 920 on the very first day of launch with 37k,and it gives much worst battery backup than Note2,it didn't even lasts till if I use it like Note 2, but still cursing an and insulting is not my style, if I don't like it I sell it.

                                      [deleted post]well said bro :)

[deleted post]All android apps do not have exit option. So this makes them to run in the background even if we press return key. Symbian apps have exit option to exit them permanently. I think this is one of the reason for worst battery backup of the android phones.

I used The initial model of Nokia 6600 (in 2005) and still using these handsets Nokia 5320 expressmusic, N79, N8-00 and the basic model 1280. I am shocked to experience less backup of my android phone after getting used to long battery backup of Symbian phones. I never said I want Nokia Symbian battery backup here. Just said the reason for cursing this phone.
