uninstalled most of the unwanted sys apps yet the free RAM shows up as 100mb.. is that all u get in 800mb RAM?
also smart stay and smart rotation doesnt seem to work even on bright lighting conditions...any idea on this?

I'm also using Note N7000 over a year. But until they release Note 3 I’m going keep this with me. For me no lags or any other issues at all. Prefect for me..

successfully flashed ultimate ROM after checking recovery mode...it showed philz cwm... but somehow in "about device" there was no change in kernal name.. took risk and flashed the custom rom... going smooth s of now...

the previous one i installed is also suppose to change the kernel but didnt... but my recovery mode looks different now..how should i check if my kernel has changed apart from about device option

So download this kernel ... morei did the same as mentioned by u... went to phone recovery installed the zip file u provided now...but no use.. the kernel is still not changed... am not sure if the new kernel is not showing up in about device>>kernel vrsion but changed actually.. is there any other way to check the kernel version?

Because this rom... moreiam already on stock german rom. and i had modded many apps for multi window tray. but now s4 launched with 4.2.2 with new features, so i am thinking for rooting my device with 4.2.2. so tel me how can i root my note with safe rom with 4.2.2 JB.

hey ggod people of the n7000 family, i need help urgently.i have bricked my n7000 when i installed revolt rom 4.1.1 on my gnote.afterward i wanted to install cm9 so i wiped date factory/reset ,wiped cache partiton,wiped storage,wiped emmc and after that flashe d the cm9 rom in recovery mode.after i have done that i pressed on reboot now and it got stucked on the samsung logo so i tried to off it and do it again.there i got this message saying ...firmware upgrade encounted some issue pls connect to kies for firmware recovery.....i did dat but even kies dosent recognise the fon for about 3to 4 hours.i can still go into download mode but when i go into recovery it still shows firmware upgrade encounted some issue...i have flashed some ginger bread stock rom from taiwan since my gnote was originated from there but it still the same problem.can someone pls help me cuz my warrant id just a dead meat here in Ghana. .....michelletti1089@gmail.com....

FM radio doesn't work and it is not butter smooth as Samsung stock rom and you may get other hardware related issue. It’s better to go for stock German rom if you don't want to root your phone then you will not able to use many features. For your kind information rooting is not risky it’s just void your warranty but if you want you can unroot your phone easily.

So download this kernel ... moreHey Dibyendu Cm 10.1 nightly android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 is launched for n7000. it is good???? check out and let me know if its safe and good to use on unrooted n7000. i know rooting device is full of risk and it will void the warranty. but if tht rom is safe and gud so i think i cn take a chance. wat u say?

Now flash with phone recovery again. After that you can flash the rom with proper wipe and formatting.

I Want to install official Jb through odin because i cannot wait anymore for it to arrive india.SO all i need suggestions on-
1.Out of all the countries that got their official JB ota (germany,Hongkong,Taiwan,Italy,Algeria,russia etc)Best Stable Smooth Official Jelly bean is of which country till now so provide me with the best and fastest download link of that official complete rom to flash through Odin.
2.I want full Airview,Smart Rotation,Svoice etc Note 2 features and butter smooth perfomance without lag and better battry standby without rooting my phone is there any download link and instructions to install them.because airview is not available in official jellybean of any country till now i guess and is there any fix etc thn give download links.
3.After Flashing it through odin would i still be eligible to get Ota updates for my country and that would not void my warranty?
4.would i lose all my installed games and apps and data images videos etc after installing this Jb.or any of my application like camera wifi etc wont work properly?
5.after installing this official Jb Rom is any danger or risk for bricking?and when update is later available for my country India,can i shift to Ota update for same even after installing through Odin >
Help me please i know there are lots of experts and developers here.i would follow your instructions properly.give the answer in single comment as lots of people want this as i have gone through so many forums on different websites and have these as frequently asked questions.this would help and benefit all.

went to recovery mode..installed the zip...
now my phone is rooted but kernel not changed...is the kernel suppose to change or is there another file to be installed for that? does this zip file here comes with a kernel too and is that the safe kernel u were talkin about? pls help...
