Harvinder , 28 Nov 2012hi guys I have brought this device sometime ago but facing... morei recommend installing these 2 programs: cpu spy and better battery stats. with the first u can see if the cpu really enters deep sleep mode after the display shuts down. with better battery stats u can see which of the apps keeps your phone awake. select partial wakelocks in the first drop down menu and since unplugged in the second one. u should look for the % in each process and u will see wether some app is responsible for ur battery drainage. hope this helps

harry , 30 Nov 2012hi guys I wanna know know abt the battery life of note 1 ... morethe heating is normal and it happens to my note when i use very demanding apps (like need for speed most wanted or euphloria). i suppose its where the cpu is so its normal

I want to install it 2 but am running ics... moreKevin, please have a look at the post I made here about 2-3 days ago. You need to root your Note and this was the easiest way to do it, but in ICS. After that,I downloaded the JB ROM & installed. Just be careful of the exact steps in the instructions. I won't have the time to do a video... right now.
Oh, the benefits of JB on the Note is almost like in the Note II. The multi-view screen function works, along with the new pictures gallery format, custom vibrate alerts, pull-down task manager, back of picture notations, calendar notations, and stuff I'm still discovering. More on this soon.

Wait for the stock ROM cause there are some S-Pen issues still in the leaked ROM. Samsung has confirmed that JB will be available in Jan 2013 for SGN-1

I installed the latest Jelly Bean ROM leak for the Note, and it feels likea whole new machine! Like there is not much point in getting the Note 2!

I got a 16GB galaxy note 2 yesterday, but the storage in phone shows that it has 10.35 GB capacity some storage capacity is shared with Applications and miscellaneous files, available capacity is 9.92 GB. Can any one tell me where is the remaining 6GB? is it used by system or my note 2 has some problem? what should i do?
