afer 3 months using it now having a problem on battery during charging, it failed to charge n have to off the set n the back side getting hot easily

hi ppl ma not get its battery drained in 11 hours when it is kept idle too wat could be the problem now should i upgrade my battery to mugen or ang other suggestions??? My phone runs in firmware version
