mechrameez, 18 Aug 2012hello, are mugen batteries thicker than the original batter... moreYes, the battery will be 2 times thicker than the original and the package comes with a special back cover. Most likely you can charge by plugging the Note. Probably best to have the battery charged n a speparate charger to lessen chances of implosion.

PLEASE ADVICE .... i upgraded my NOTE using Kies .. its showing the version 4.0.4 , but still MENU system is different from GALAXY S3 .... why so ? can i het the same menu as of Galaxy 3 .

Is it difficult having the thickness of the Note twice and having it stuffed into pockets? I know the hassles of changing batteries more often with the original 2500mAh, but I need to keep the profile so I can place the protective gear over the Note. Those accidental drops are a killer. I just wish Mugen would have integrated some sort of anti-shock gear over their battery casing.
I'm guessing the Mugen batteries get fully charged 8-9 hours? Perfect for an overnight charging as the chances of overcharging is lessened.

TheNeighbor, 14 Aug 2012It beats carrying a charger, and soldiers do carry extra cl... moreSir i know carrying all them spares make life difficult to live bym ,sir just think i had to brecame a helo pilot to carry the extra bag with batteries, suddenly lightining struck me,and bougth a mugen.com extended 5500 mah battery ,Wow good for 36 hrs again common senses apply to preserve as much power s possible. closing down apps via task mgr helps,what the use of having wlan , gps sync ,if your out in the country ,the phone does consume power look at the size of that marvelous screen,moestly common senses applies

with mediun usage,i'm good for 36 hrs,weather updates,occasional email ,mostly texting,short phone calls,rest of application closed with juice defender,can hardly wait for the note 2,hopefully samsung will incorporate lot bigger battery or more powers conscious applications,Sir keep noting and happy days,
