i wonder why people keep waiting for official samsung firmware & after upgrading keep complaining about bad effects of upgrading..
grow up guys u r using a SMARTPHONE.., so get SMARTERRR..
GO ROOT UR PHONES INSTALL CUSTOM ROMS from xdadevelopers .., just make sure u select the correct COUNTRY & MODEL NO. of ur phone..
excellent battery life after rooting ..3 days even with heavy usage..
have complete control over ur smartphones..
get smarter & become a ROOT-KING..

I've upgraded my Note to ICS 4.0 and it's working smoothly with no troubles at all; I recommend it to all users.

my GNote indicates a network signal even when the simcard is removed. anyone experiencing the same?

i am using my note since feb. I recently updated my note to stock ics 4.0.3 about two weeks back and not having such issues. Infact i got better performance and the thing that made me happy is that it has the typical touchwiz with the ics functionality and updated widgets. Those having problems with ics should flash a different region ics on their phones and their issue will self resolve

jazzon, 30 Jun 2012ICS is not for galaxy note. Upgrade at your own perils. Why? Me and couple of my friends have upgraded our Note to ICS. No issues at all.
