i am getting a serios problem with this. Whenever the cell is not in use black display comes over and i cant see the calls coming but caller can hear the ring and i have to than pull the battery and switch on the cell and call log of that time when the display was black is not shown to me and whole of my battery drains while the screen is black. I had complaint regarding this problem various time to service centre but they are not providing proper response. Its only 6months, i'd purchased the phone and its been to service centre 5 times . what should be done now? is there anyone facing such problem?

spleetwarts, 24 Jul 2013I think you should a restore.."unfortunately the process. android process. acore. has stopped" screen gets hanged...should i make factory reset to solve this issue,, from the past two days i facing a problem within noon my full battery drains and switch off big head ache with this issues...all this happening with in 8months of purchase... pls advise,,

Phoner, 25 Jul 2013I had several instances where the battery showed 100% and w... morei've got the same problem. the service center says that the problem is that the charging connector on the phone got slack so it has to be replaced with a new one. i have to spend about usd 20 for the spare parts and wait for three working days before i can pick the phone.

I had several instances where the battery showed 100% and when I unplugged, in couple of seconds it showed 50% and this morning it shutdown. I really unhappy with the phone for it has been only 8 months since I bought it.

I do have this unit right now and my only concern is, why i do have a "1" on the message icon when i do not have any messages?? How can i remove it?? an urgent reply will be greatly appreciated!
