Had it for a year and a half after my cat made me break my Galaxy S20. I don't know if the battery busted at some point but the battery life sucked. I always had to carry around a charger with me or else it would die at the worst moment possible.

Definitely upgrade if you can, my experience wasn't the best.

Luis, 27 Sep 2023Backpanel glue will give up, probably due to heat, after 2 years.Really? That's funny because I've had mine for 4.5 years, and it's still just fine.

This, ladies and gentlemen, is the best Android phone around.
And, as you may suspect, it has at least one serious issue.

First of all it has a brilliant camera, expansion options, and even the trusty 3.5 mm headphone jack. Software works brilliantly and it even has fingerprint reader.
The size is acceptable, leaning on the larger. But it is still possible to use the phone single-handed. Good, but half an inch would be better!
The processors have PLENTY of power - and yet power is the issue:
That battery is simply too weak. Admitted, I rarely spend much time further than three meters from at plug, but on the road the battery life becomes a serious issue.

Had Samsung been focussed on making phones for users, they'd improve the S10e with launching an Active version - or taking the hardware to the Xcover frame (but NOT the 'uh, let's make the phone bigger, hence rendering it useless with one hand'-approach).

IP68 dust/water resistant (up to 1.5m for 30 min)? Must be some kind of a trolling because it died after 5 seconds.

Cleaning it out fixes it. I've had my s10e since launch and thats happened to me twice over its life. Cleaning the port out has worked both times and I'm still using it today.
