Extremely disappointed at Samsung for shipping a beta product! I purchased the S20 ultra with Exynos chip and it is a huge disappointment. Other than that, the autofocus system on it's 100MP camera is still very disappointing despite several updates. Overall, a bad experience. I have used Samsung since the S2 came out almost a decade ago, and the S20 ultra will be my last Samsung phone.

completely agree. I have been using Samsung since the time of Galaxy S1, S2,S3,S4,S5,S6,S7,S8,S9 and Notes 3,4,5,8,9 and Tablet Note 10, Tab S2,S3 and S6. I would say the user interface is one of the best in Android right now and I just cant go to another OEM but the processor they are lagging way too far. they better keep the exynos for their mid to low range instead of the premier ones.

very very disappointed.
Didn't expect this from such an expensive phone.
While on charging the front and back gets heated up. The battery is very bad and 4500mah is only for name sake.
Not worth . Nothing great that to replace most recent A71 samsung with 2times lower the price.

S7 Army, 25 Apr 2020contact Samsung immediately I already contacted them they told to put the in the safe mode and keep watching the phone for 4/5 hours !! Its not helpful. But since yesterday and today its not showing up again ! I didn't do any thing its very strange. But I am happy phone still working normally.

And it was a mistake processor and battery in huwaei is better than samsung. My phon s20 plus 5g and I facing some issues with touch and battery not lasting for long time plus its hanging one or time daily. I just bought the phone new 10 days ago from carrefour Deira. NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY SAMSUNG

I brought it since 10 days. Battery is not what I expected 4500 and its not lasting for long time. Iam facing a problem with touch screen expecially on Facebook when I try to reverse or forward a video. I can't slide it with my finger. For games it' takes around 4 hours when iam playing pubg. The process is not fast littel but slowly.

hello guys, I have this phone since less than a month and those are my thoughts , it is the exynos version 🤭
Battery life good but less than what expected from 4500mah.
120hz is 🤣 because you want to keep more juice than Refresh rate
Camera zoom is again 🤣🤣🤣🤣 dont buy this for camera zoom you will regret it.
😬 fingerprint scanner is a headache most of the time find where (to put ur finger) than try again again again even i removed screen protector it helped little but i am not happy overall.
Gaming!! I am not a gamer but i can tell from ather reviews on internet about how exynos and Sdragon compare 😪
Screen quality is very good, 5g connectivity i didnt tried that,
Mainly the disappointment comes from camera and finger scanner
Bad decision to go for Samsung 🤳👋🚣♂️

I sow some video comparing exynos version with snapdragon, results are showing big difference in terms of video games, photos and battery life, the exynos version is strolling even to catch with the older snapdragon 950 or 945 i think.

Even in 2020 it shouldn't be anywhere near $1000. The Mi 10 costs like $450 to make if I remember correctly and that retails for $650. This isn't really any better. In fact it has a worse main camera sensor and a slightly smaller battery. And the Exynos version of this is slower. The only upside is the display which can't even push 120hz at 1440p.
