Lol at these "get with the times and go wireless" posts. How many of you lolled and trashed apple when they did it first? I'm not defending apple but the bias is really one sided. When apple did it - "apple is milking us dry! Money hungry company sux". When every android oem does it " ooh its more convenient, ooh 90% of people dgaf about 3.5 mm jack".

Anonymous, 12 Feb 2020Grow up everyone. Not having a headphone jack is extremely ... moreAgreed. Specially 3.5 mm is an analog output. Try the USB with a DAC unit will bring listening music to a different level. USB is a digital output and DAC will covert to analog

Most of the people that are complaining here about missing headphone jack is the one that bought an expensive wired headset/headphone and it will be useless now since they will need a converter first before they can use their expensive wired headset/headphone.

Grow up everyone. Not having a headphone jack is extremely normal now. Carry a dongle if you really want to use your IEMs. 90% of people are just okay with galaxy buds and airpods.

ebilcake, 11 Feb 2020Lets be honest, wired headphones do not last long. Wire... moreI don't know how you've been using your earphones but if you don't fold them at extreme angles that would result in the wires inside breaking off, they last indefinitely unlike tws earphones that have a ticking clock that is the battery. Unlike phone batteries that have large capacities, tws earphones have like 100 -300 mah capacity that would degrade faster over time because of the fast charge cycles.

To everyone ho is complaining about the lack of headphone jack
You've had years to get a wireless headset until flagships ditched the jack, i will personally buy the s20 just because it's a well rounded device, i would complain that it doesn't have a headphone jack but after i got a pair of wireless headset and realised how many benefits it has i decided to stick to wireless,
Bluetooth has got so good that it outperforms the wired quality on most phones
The fact that there is no cable to worry about can really benefit you
It's like the DSLR vs mirrorless debate, at one point everyone is gonna switch to the most practical of the two

Lets be honest, wired headphones do not last long.
Wired headphones do not last long from my experience and it's always the same fault, the cable around jack always develops a fault and one if not both channels stop working... I've gone through 4-5 pairs in recent years. The warranty for some manufactures is worthless so you can't count on them being replaced either.
