if you are on android 10 you have a briliant phone
but if you did not disablet auto-update and updated the phone to android 12/13 your phone is worth nothing, battery wont last you longer than 3/4 hours maximum and that makes a samsung flagship useless !
and the best part of all samsung made imposible the option to downgrade to android 10/11
and this is not just for s20/s20+ 5g for most of samsung flagships
kudos

I bought this phone for my father in Oct 2020, after around 1.5 year of usage, the screen started to show vertical lines due to software update. Samsung denied the warranty to replace the faulty screen. Now the phone is almost unusable even though other hardwares are still in good condition. I would never buy Samsung phones again after this incident and switch to iPhone or Xiaomi

I have had this phone since it came out. I have never had any issues that have been discussed in this forum. It has been the best phone besides the S20 note that I had previously. It's fast, holds a charge better than the 22FE, and very reliable. The camera is great as well!

Couldn't take close-up pictu... moreAfter doing research on the net with many different phone brands suffering from vertical lines on the display, I feel it's a quality problem of displays which would have been manufactured during the start of covid lock-down with problems of many company closures, unable to get raw-material, not enough man-power etc. The glass display itself is a machined process by there r manual processes too which given in the hands of unexperienced people could result in reliability issue.
However, customers shouldn't be suffering from issues which manufacturing were/is facing and they need to intervene this to make it right.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!
After 1 year of uses , lcd screen will defect very quick and will have green line over time which will cost you 300-400$ to replace the screen , the company did not take responsible for the trouble and blame the users.
REPEAT!! will not ever bought SAMSUNG again

Worst camera I have seen. Couldn't take close-up pictures of parts on PCB. Image gets blurred and cannot read, cannot adjust focusing since it's automatic.
Recently just playing sudoku puzzle, which I have been doing since 2.5 yrs, I got a bright vertical green line throughout the screen. Took it to local repair and they guided me to samsung repair center. They told me the cost of replacing the display, which was 1/3 the cost of this phone. No warranty was given because I have purchased it from other country.
The local repair shops also told me that many people r facing this issue via their updates.
Wished I had purchased from Korea then i wanted to see it's outcome.
Anyway, I had enough of Samsung.
