Purchased from Amazon Seller, try to change call forwarding off of unconditional. Can only be accessed through Samsung member services and since I'm not the first buyer I cannot access to change. Is my phone hack now? Is someone receiving my data? I cannot find a number to call Samsung. Sketchy system

I have bought it 6 monhs ago because of a smaller size and good speaker. Baterry life even with 60hz is terrible and it makes my constantly unhappy. No games are played and only short videos are watched, still does not last 12 hours. Most budget phones are better.
