Samsung Galaxy S20 series is receiving the September 2021 Android security patch
Samsung began rolling out the September 2021 Android security patch last month, with the Galaxy S20 FE being the first in line to get it, and now it's the S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra that are getting updated with the newest security patch.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra
The new firmware comes with version G98xxXXSADUH5 and is currently seeding in some parts of Europe, but it doesn't bring any new features to the S20 trio.
If you live in Europe, you can check for the update manually by navigating to your S20/S20+/S20 Ultra's Settings > Software update menu.

Better buy s21 or snapdragon variant, ibwant to get rid of my s20 exynos.

I am also facing the same issue where some of the letters wont be relecting while typing. I have seen multiple people posting the same issue.
