Long awaited OS upgrade 14, also the last upgrade for S21+, but will continue to receive monthly patch update till Feb.2025.

Dionyself, 26 Dec 2023People need to understand the green line issue, this happe... morei would not agree that, because simple: if the connection is weak, just a little repair on the connector should do it, the fact is from the old S6 era, the issue is still persist and yes Samsung never ever test QC the panel for year, they just QC for weeks and then sold it
Once again any OLED panel is unreliable than LCD, you should know that samsung tend to sell more QLED TV rather than promote OLED TV like LG, because OLED panel is too expensive and not so reliable for consumer
but for Commercial: OLED is much cheaper than use LCD Panel for 100 inch screen which once broke must replace 1 LCD but OLED just replace few panel only

Samsung has corrupted business practice exploiting owners with the 6.7' inch screens. This way, once the 1-yr warranty is over, all owners who paid premium price, will dish out more money on the screen replacement as it the green-lines can not be repaired by them and only will tell you it needs to be replace -which they got you down on your luck coz they know that U dont have a choice but get scammed into.

I think G9960 (China) version does NOT support Esi.. I do not get such an option in my menu

Anonymous, 04 Jul 2023After all these people complaining about screens messing up... morePeople need to understand the green line issue, this happens when the screen and the main board overheat .... and because the connection between them is weak... it will fail, so when you update your phone the overheat caused by the update process will damage your screen, so you should try to keep your phone cold during the update.

It's already documented globally by Samsung members owners of S21+, S20+ & Ultra series, A72, A73, M52,. You can google the latest by searching Samsung + green lines on screens. This has been happening since 2021. As soon as the 1-year warranty expired - they pull this scam to all , also happens after applying the latest OS updates, and after your warranty being over. There are numerous civil suits now and in the US, there is a class-action lawsuit currently active..
Up to you if you want to pay extra 7K Php or 9K Php or more to get the screen replace - on a almost 3 year phone..

I don't receive OTA uptate on my s21 plus. I bought from UK, so it seems it is a region issue. Now, i am stuck at one ui 5.0. I want to download a one ui 6.0 firmware and flash to my phone. Will i lose my esim? I am using esim on the old 5.0
