S21 plus is great, i have been using ít from 2021 until now. Everything is ok, except the screen has pink, black and white strap, and it will cost me a lot of money to replace it (and i not sure whether it will work as normal for how long. A lot of my friends who have s21 plus and it still have the same problem. So I have question if the samsung company has policy to hepl clients to fix the fault of that phone with free of charge, If they are not, then they may be lost the trust of products's quality from clients

Coz right now, I am in contact with the office of the CEO of Samsung.PH and I was given an assurance I would be helped - but this counselor was vague and isn't specific. Also receive an email reply with the Samsung.PH rep from the DTI-remediation meeting from Oct.3, he is offering a discount price. I did not replly back to him as it is contentious to the email I received from the Office of the CEO. Will send another update.

I recently bought the S21+ SD variant but it came with one UI 5.1 and Android 13 out of the box and I wasn't expecting that it would be updated as such. Is the phone still in production in 2023 or is this an already used phone that was cleaned up and repackaged like refurbished phones? Also, most stock folders are dated May 2023, so I'm wondering if it was manufactured this year
