Coming from Xiaomi Mi 9 that stayed with me for 2 years. I bought my S21 256gb variant yesterday with Samsung discount and with free samsung galaxy buds.
As my first day with this phone. Samsung's OneUI is a lot better before than my experience with my old S7 Edge. The phone is very comfortable to hold and since it has plastic back. It gave me confidence that this should be a sturdy phone. Fingerprint are soo fast snd smooth 9.5/10 for accuracy.
Battery - as of typing I have 29% from 100% yesterday with 5hrs of SOT. Which is great upgrade from my Mi 9.
Camera - I never liked Samsung's front camera, but this time they did a great job especially the portraits. The dynamic range and photos in low light is great.
Display - Man this one is one of the best despite of being 1080p but this is quite enough for 6.2 inch display. Sharp and very fast 60hz to 120hz is night and day.
SOC - After watching several reviews, Exynos is always inferior than Snapdragon. But for battery and heat, it did a great job. The phone is not hot to touch when playing games considering I'm in a tropical country 36-38c ambient temperature. It's fast and there's noticable upgrade from my Mi 9's SD855.
Complaints - Samsung Bloatware! There's a lot of Samsung crap that gave me a hard time cleaning up!

I bought a Galaxy S21 5G grey in Brazil, here the version uses Exynos 2100. I came from an iPhone XR and I regret so much that I trade my iPhone for this phone
Battery: Only 4,5-5h SOT with a 4000mAh cell. My XR used to last 6-7h SOT with the same use profile with a much smaller battery of 2900mAh. My city desn´t have 5G yet.
Screen: Despite the screen operates at 120hz, the phone lags in certain apps, documents and all the times I open the camera. My iPhone XR, an 2018 phone didn´t lag at all.
Camera: I don´t know what samsung does with the camera. I had to take 10 pictures until I found one that I liked. My iPhone XR I had to take only one picture and boom. Samsung uses an oversharp algorhitm that destroys the photo, loses detail and increase noise. I just hated almost every picture I took.
I sold my S21 and Bought an iPhone 11. Now I am happy again

S21 price went even below S20 FE at some point - this is how desperately Samsung was trying to improve S21 sales statistics.

In the "new records of sell somewheres" statement of yours the "somewheres" is the key. New markets always set records sales, compared to previous zeros :-)
Anyway, your rant doesn't contradict with the fact that S21 price drop proves low demand and low production cost.
But of course I'd agree that Mi11 is worse value, I never stated otherwise.

That "reliable" source compared old Exynos with new Exynos. And old SD to new SD. That somehow led GC to a conclusion about Exynos vs SD, really!?
Wait, there is more, they referenced S21 Exynos performance comparison with Mi11 SD, that makes total sense, right? :-)

I've been using my new s21 exynos for more than 10 days, upgraded from s9.
Amongst all the good things I love about S21, high performance, 120Hz, great haptics, great on screen finger print scanner, great size/form factor and price. But I am compelled to write that I regret buying it. It heats up unnecessarily, and even with very light task, this is a serious usability issue. Using YouTube causes heating, scrolling Facebook/IG while charging causes heating, camera app causes a lot of heating, writing notes in notes app causes heating, it generally remains noticeably hot during any task. And I hate it. Heard about people talking about all the updates samsung is bringing to tackle this issue, but so far nothing has helped. Planning to sell this phone and not going to return to Samsung. --- I Regret buying it.

s21 5g Snapdragon, dual sim, does it exists? Or Snapdragon is only single sim?
