Hey! I love this phone so far! Camera does amazing work and battery life is more than enough throughout the day. Im still looking for things to nitpick. Is anyone else stuck on Android 12? I see this model is upgradable to Android 14! Anyone know the reason to why It doesnt search for the newer versions?

i dont the reason behind to my s21ultra play store doesn't support downloading apps plus fingerprint doesn't support setting, anyone to advice me please

with odinThanks, sorry just saw this. The phone just cycles on-off every 5-10 so I can't go into hard reset or any menu to put it into a mode to accept software. Took it to 2 phone shops and they cant help
It was my last Samsung phone. Now moved to Oneplus Open
