I am curious on how wide feedback they get this info from. Then yes, my unit really confirm this as having really bad quality of lens optics. It will be really hard for me to trust Samsung again after this as this is obviously wide issue.

Finally got my S22 and quality of camera lens are so bad, that I want to return it and not even get it replaced by different Exynos S22 as I don't believe this is issue of one defective unit.
In some areas like color accuracy it is clearly better then my old S10, but in general - it is rather downgrade, which is rather shocking to me.

you have to know, 13 Apr 2022well what if they ran out of space to make the s22 mini, lo... morekeyword(s) "slightly slower chipset" needs a lot less space for cooling, hence more space for battery. Also, since the chipset is slower, it is also less power hungry and, also phone needs smaller battery.

I bought the S22 because I valued the smaller size and slightly better telephoto lens than the S21. In this respect the camera has not disappointed. So far the battery drain rate has been more than with the S21 but I'm a relatively light user so the phone will get through a day without difficulty. I found that reducing the display brightness makes a significant saving without impairing usability. My S22 has just received an update which suggests that Samsung are working on improvements.

I was already reluctant to upgrade my S20 to S21, but this year there is no way i will upgrade to S22...With each generation Samsung should improve their phones, and not just with marketing tricks. Or at least copy what the chineses are doing, like charging power and having a charger in the box.
