I guess Samsung things everyone sits by a plug all day. I have decided to return my based on battery life alone. I love everything else. I could care less about 120 Hz and 5G for that matter which Samsung forces you to do with these little batteries. My Pixel 5a has 9/10 the speed and is every bit as smooth with battery life that detroys all of the S22's.

Held this phone in a shop. Nice little phone. It could easily be as thick as camera bump and thus have a flat back and significantly larger battery.
Why must phones be so thin and sacrifice flat back and battery capacity? IDK.

Why isn't GSMArena team reviewing this model. Battery is a big concern

I have s21.. I came to compare it with the new s22 and it's almost identical, but what is shocking is... battery has even smaller capacity. I find that in galaxy s21 to be absolutely unacceptable as I need to charge my phone at least 2 times per day. Can't imagine this being even worse in the new s22.
SAMSUNG please get us better battery !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or i won't ever upgrade and will go somewhere else !

If want better battery download galaxy screen hz and limit adaptive to 60hz which will function between 24~60hz instead normal power saving fixed at 60hz

S22 battery test is our main point please do it quikly

juma merciful, 12 Mar 2022what about battery life Battery life has been worse than my S21 was. But I can still use it all day without having to recharge. My worst day, so far, has been Android Auto Wireless for 2.5 hours, plus I'm always connected to a Galaxy Watch 4 or a Galaxy Watch Active or a Galaxy Fit 2, and several hours of screen time use. Plus a couple of hours connected to my Galaxy Buds+. Wi-Fi is always on, and I'm also always connected to either 5G or 4G. I was around 12% battery capacity left, after fourteen hours off my wireless charger. I also had a video conference call on my S22 at some point at work that day. But it was only around thirty minutes long.

With Android Auto Wireless, I lose around 15% per hour of use.

But I also have not even received my first update. So I expect things will improve some with updates. Like it did with my S21. But, for me, as long as I can go all day without having to recharge, then I am happy. And, so far, I have not needed to charge my S22 away from home.

I do have a wireless charger at work and one in the car, just in case. But I have not needed to use them yet with my S22.

Honestly in terms of battery life depends how we use. From 85% to 20% I archieve between 5 / 6 SOT. But i am not a gammer.

Hoping somebody will post a review of S22 soon...but i don't get my hopes high, small size always mean charging the phone twice a day, like S10e...i think my S21 will stay with me for another year.

Look almost suspicious. Let’s hope battery test won’t be available day after pre-sale ends. That would be coincidence :-)
