My S22 has never heated up and gotten hot like you described. At most it's been slightly warm. And that was after taking pictures for 10 minutes or when I ran benchmarks. It has behaved like my S21 did. Which also never got hot.

The phone's camera and display are very good, refresh rate is top notch and one downside is that it heats up and drains the battery 🔋

Got the SD8 GEN1 powered S22! Horrible set! Heats up and drains the battery in 5 hours! I urge all to avoid buying this iron box! If you live in a cold country and need a heating system, this is the one!

Here is the first paragraph.

Mhd, 21 Mar 2022where is the full review and specially andurence battery ??hLook at the front page. It shows that they finally received an S22 and are getting to work on the review. But they really need to get both versions of the S22 line. The S22+ and S22 Ultra were Exynos versions. And the S22 they have is also Exynos.

Wow!! I finally got my first software update for my unlocked S22. SnapDragon. 27 days after receiving it. Previously, they always had an update right away or within a few days of me receiving my Galaxy S phone.

aaronwt, 19 Mar 2022Are you on Exynos? I've never seen 100% to 80% in 30 m... moreYes I'm in the UK so have Exynos. Standby drain (7 hours of sleep) was 15% battery. Didn't seem to be an issue on S22 Ultra Exynos.

Hi...for someone who have this does is worth it to upgrade from s10 to this(hows the battery life and heating etc?)... Bc for daily use I'm always use microsoft companion for file work transfer and ftp server etc...

I have seen 100% to 91% in 35 minutes while running Android Auto Wireless for those 35 minutes. But Android Auto wireless is the biggest battery draw I've seen on my S22 in a 35 minute period.
