Samsung cameras have been better and will always be better than apples. If u have an iPhone for years then yes u should stick with it rather than reconfigure all your apps and cookies, however if u are a droid person and speaking as salesman of both as well as all other competitive cell phones then Samsung is the Bentley of all of them! The quality of screens with the tech and then u add in the security and the cameras then Samsung has them all outdone. Just as they rule the TV they do the phones by incorporating the tech with each other. Iphones are good but don't say they are playing it right because sorry that is just plain out simple ignorance of their business.

Medo1979, 05 Feb 2022I spoke with Samsung thru their website chat asking about t... moreYou supposed to be able to reserve a S22 ultra from their website an still not have to buy it, I did it hours ago an you get a $50 credit for when you officially place your order. To my understanding to reserve it that way you have to do it within the next few days, while you're reserving it tho you should see a countdown of the days hours an minutes above indicating you're reserving your order in time. I spoke with Samsung thru their website chat asking about the camera specs, but they said they still don't have any information! They have no information and still wants the people to reserve! The only company is playing it right is Apple and Jobs stated that very clearly in his will, they're consumer oriented in a very steady path. Others like Samsung, Sony, Google, Xiaomi and Huawei are hitting here and there not knowing what's their game about, once they claim they're pro oriented, another time they stiff in unhelpful properties. I'm a photographer and I still haven't found a phone that does the standard apps flawlessly with I camera that I can rely on in situations where I can carry a camera with me! They stuck 4 and 5 cameras at the back of each phone and they're all unusable, the S21 ultra wide angle is trash so are the telephotos, the wide angle camera is okay but it's very noisy once the raw file is push a little bit up and the lens isn't sharp at all. For God's sake, play it right if you wanna do it for pros, stick only one big high resolution sensor at the back with dual lens something like 1" or even MFT, both lenses can combine a scene as wide angle like 20megapixles 20mm FF equivalent, and a single lens can work as crop equivalent to FF 40mm 12 megapixels with a good glass. Tamron, Sigma and Samyang proved that good glass is too expensive and you don't have to overprice your products because you chose to stick Leica abd Zeiss logos on your devices..

I was in the same boat as you, my old Galaxy A8 2018 was reaching it's limit and it was time to upgrade
All these brands removed the jack and sd card so i decided to give Sony a try
I went with the Xperia 1 III and can't be happier
I really hope Sony doesn't follow these stupid trends because whenever i decide to upgrade in a few years i would consider Sony again for sure

Not having earphone jack was tolerable when i bought my s20 ultra..seeing s21 and s22 not having sd card slot and no brick charger and no earphones on the box really made me rethink what brand will i buy on my next phone..i really love my samsung from s3 to s7 and s20 ultra...but now with everything gone, ima change brands..reading comments about sony is interesting, ima take a look

Note 10 plus came with 12/256 for $1,200 as the cheapest option and this one comes with 128/8 for $1,400

People will still be treated like shit as long as we buy these.
Apple products are overpriced and lacking features (fingerprint, chargers etc)
Samsung screwing us with Exynos and no AUX etc.
Take a stand people! Buy something else or don't complain!

Before Samsung all I was using in phones was Sony Xperia. Only. Loved them (still do). What hooked me on Samsung back then was their first Infinity Screen on S8+. And later I discovered Note 10+. Since then I never go back but if I had to it would be Sony only.
