Which is the gear icon, on the top left in portrait mode (bottom left in landscape), of the camera app. Near the bottom of the settings page there is an option labeled "Shutter sound". You can toggle it on/off.

Of course there is. I've been using Samsung Galaxy S phones for years. I can't even remember the last time I heard a shutter sound. I always have it turned off in the camera settings. There is a toggle, in the camera settings, to turn it on/off.
There is no need to put your phone in silent mode to turn off the shutter sound. The option to turn off the shutter sound is right there, in the first page of the camera settings.
The sounds on my phone are turned on. But I will never hear the camera shutter sound. Since I always have it turned off, in the camera settings.

Rajinders, 29 May 2023Bought this Phone 6 days back and am struggling to stop Cam... moreShutter sound is controlled by general phone settings. If you put your phone on silent mode, Samsung camera shutter will also be silent. You cannot set camera shutter sound independently of the phone settings.

Just bought S23+ 8/256 made in Vietnam. I already own S22+. So far,camera is clearly better, tested both phones,S23+ takes sharper and clearer images. S22+ on same photos,can see blur when zoomed in,and a lot of blur,and distortions... Snapdragon really does have better image processing. Battery also seems better,but will need time to confirm.

While Xiaomi is giving whole. lot of Themes/ wallpapers for free and
even giving 148 different fonts of English Language for use in the system for free whereas in Samsung Galaxy S23+ only 4-5 fonts are provided for free.
Why Samsung why Samsung cannot provide for free after charging such a hefty price initially.
It seems made a mistake in switching after 5years from Xiaomi to Samsung. Only minor difference is there in performance/speed but MiUi is a lot better.
I am still searching to stop the Shutter Sound in the Camera of S23+

Hello friends, I notice that online stores and operators sell this Galaxy S23+ model and the pure S23 with the origin of production in two countries. Korea and Vietnam. Does the problem with the cameras and the banana effect know exactly which factory the phones are assembled from? The factory in Korea or the factory in Vietnam?

My honest opinion about display of this phone its better than s23 ultra i compair my cousins s23 ultra its display is more sharp vivid &bright in hd content before i was thinking its inferior than ultra. so anyone shouldn't reject this phone atleast for display

It is heavy to hold and like i said i need a small phone which would feel lighter in my hands so it would be comfortable to hold and use.

Them most significant being the thickness, but that's rather negligible, as well.
