Here in the US, the Galaxy S20 launched for $1k. The S23 is $800. The S20 cost 25% more than the S23 costs. Starting with the S21, Samsung lowered the base Galaxy S price by $200, to $800.

If you find S22 Ultra too big, go for S23. Otherwise, S22 Ultra is clearly better (even if a generation old).
