Will stick with my S20 ultra 512GB for now and maybe for couple of years. No significant reason to upgrade so far. Not a fan of stylus at all.

I currently have a Z Flip4 that I'm thinking of trading in for a S23+ or a Ultra because although the Z Flip4 is a cool phone and works as my daily, I think the S23 might be better for long term usage. What is the internet's thought on this?

You t... moreYou can get a Canon sx620 HS for 350 on Amazon it has real 25x optical Zoom and loses minimum amount of quality. Just look at the Lake scene. Optical Zoom doesn't relies on MP but instead the lens of the camera similar to Telescope and loses very little amount of quality. The image can still look bad if you don't use a tripod or if the air is polluted you won't get good Zoom Images.

It also has 50x Digital Zoom but then you will lose noticeable quality.
I am just trying to say if you want Good Zoom then please don't spend your money on something that isn't worth it.

I do believe 200 MP is overrated. 8K is 33 MP and most human eyes can't see the difference between 4K and 8K TV on 85 Inch size unless they are 2 feet close to it which is impractical for a 85 Inch TV. You will need 160 Inch TV size in order see the difference between 4K and 8K. And even after knowing that phone companies make 45 MP 108 MP and now 200 MP.
Higher MP let's you zoom more but optical Zoom (Zoom from the Lens) is Far Better than Digital Zoom. Just watch any Optical camera Zoom and you will be amazed.

This camera uses 25x Optical Zoom and can do 50x Digital Zoom. I know it's not 100x but the 25x Optical Zoom loses minimum amount of quality. Just look at the goose in a lake scene. Also it cost more than 5 times less than the galaxy and it is also a 20 MP camera
Digital Zoom relies on more MP which is why these 100x Digital Zoom phone cameras use 108 MP or more instead to using a proper Optical Zoom lens that offers far better quality but then the phone won't look so slim and beautiful but they need an excuse to make the customer buy their phone. Digital Zoom also must use a lot of image processing which will create artifacts and you will lose quality greatly unless you have a huge sensor and lens.
