Just pre-ordered s23 ultra here in Canada. Using Note20 ultra since its launch, still The Best, no complaints. Samsung canada giving $800 trade-in value so its worth upgrading.

Zizmo9, 05 Feb 2023Hi ,is the phone out yet. If no ,if yes? Y’all go get the i... moreiPhone data transfer speed is only usb-2. (not the connection but the transmission speed) This is very funny in 2023. In addition, its zoom is only 3x. The iPhone has only two advantages; flat screen glass and very economical use of the battery during standby. That's all.

Hi ,is the phone out yet. If no ,if yes? Y’all go get the iPhone 14 series instead of this wackiness. Ultra has no satellite coverage or crash detection. iPhone is always the best. You see why? Y’all now know who the G.O.A.T. of phones are. No debate 🍏

The s23 ultra night photography is like nothing you've seen anywhere. The zoom is also incredibly good. The only downside is that hand shaking is not eliminated when filming. Yes, you can film even while walking, because large movements are compensated by stabilization. However, when you try to hold the camera steady, all small hand shakes remain in the video. This is very strange. I film in FullHD 60 and 4K60.

Tafserul alim Apon, 05 Feb 2023One of the best phone ever made Actually the best phone ever made. That's why haters cry and moan so much on this comment section, you've got already 2 dislikes and the 2 biggest haters didn't even come yet.
I don't know how pathetic someone's life must be spend time everyday to bash, rant and rage in the page of a smartphone just because it's superior to the cr#ap they love, especially chinese garbage lovers, they cry so much because Samsung is years ahead and better in everything except fast charge.

SingularityNET, 04 Feb 2023In other words, nothing really new here, same old same old.... more"Samsung we are not stupid, we noticed. No MicroSD card slot, no 3.5 mm headphone jack, automatic disqualification. No 4K screen yet? Same old 1440p resolution screen that we've had since the Galaxy S6 for crying out loud, just made it a bit taller but no extra resolution horizontally, that's pathetic."
not just samsung bro, other oems also do the same. in order to milk customers with wireless earbuds, just like apple announcing iphone 7 series with airpods..

I'm really pleased with it, and b. the upgrades/differences just don't seem that big or important enough to me: my S22U already lasts me all day, takes great photos and is lightning quick. Plus, I got a really good deal on a 1TB model (under £700)... 😄

SteveUk, 05 Feb 2023Well said, sir. People spend a lot of time researching and ... moreI for once like to go to the retail store to look at the phone and feel it in hands, get a brief hands on to decide whether it's for me or not. Sadly this website is full of trolls and spec bashers whether it be Android or iOS, they look at the specs, mainly CPU numbers, and look at the price. If it ain't matching according to their taste, they start bashing and popularising their own phone, perhaps of jealousy, perhaps of envy, perhaps they regret what they bought instead, perhaps to out heir frustration because the phone they bash wasn't what their hoped for. It's just the way it is. The old remedy kicks in however: ignore it and they lose the will to come back.
About the S23 Ultra, for me not worth the upgrade. The only feature that would make me switch is satellite communication because I like to hike and go backpacking. It ain't here and probably won't be designed to incorporate it, since Snapdragon also introduced it close to the launch. I bet on he S24 for that, but I like to keep phones for at least 4 years.

Musbahu, 05 Feb 2023S23 ultra looks s22 ultra, the same design, the same size a... moreI thought the same, but you have to get both side to side to see how the S23 Ultra is like a perfect S22 Ultra, it's superior in every regard - more importantly in its main previous weak point - battery = which has evolved from too bland in the S22 Ultra to marvelous in the S23 Ultra, I can make 9-10 hours SoT !! Still not believing this on a Samsung flagship as I've never managed to get the S22 Ultra above 6 SoT hours.
The entire camera system made a very huge step ahead, it's honestly better in all sensors, even noticeable at simple first sight (but more if you dig in deeper) the amount of detail the 200 mpx image gathers, compared to the previous 108 mpx one is insane, in fact you can crop so much with good quality it beats the zoom of 90% of actual flagships without using the telephoto. The night photos are also noticeably better.
The x3 zoom has seen a real improvement, selfie is much better too, video as well specially the stabilization where now it beats even iPhone, apart from that the sound is much better too compared to S22U and it's as fast as a flagship can get. I'd say the S23U compared to S22U is the biggest change a Samsung flagship ever had from one year to another, despite looking almost identical from the outside.

S23 ultra looks s22 ultra, the same design, the same size and the same battery capacity, the little difference between them is the camera.
I think Samsung's research and development team got it wrong this time around
