Greetings to everyone present here, I'm interested in which case you recommend for the S23 Ultra to fully protect the phone's back camera and the phone itself from awkward drops up to around €23, and of course I'm also interested in whether it's worth buying a protective case from aliexpress or not.

Azo, 26 Mar 2023Everybody is talking about MicroSD card slot, listen those ... moreThey will cry no matter what. But I agree. While my phone has both I never use them. 256GB is perfect for me so micro sd isn't needed. For backup I use a flash drive via otg. And I have several tws earbuds so headphone jack isn't needed as well. As for sound quality wired earphones aren't always better but even can be worse. People always repeat that same joke that wired sound better. Not always true. Unless you have some serious in ear monitors many wired earphones are trash. I have both wired and wireless. 10 pairs and still growing. This is from my experience.

MattCole, 24 Mar 2023They sent my S21 back without data. I only trust myself ... moreThat's pure nonsense, there's no way they're going to go out of their way to erase your data after replacing the battery, you should have backed up everything via the settings if that's the case. Why didn't you mention that to them, and if they still didn't listen, you could have taken action. You don't need to go directly to Samsung for this anyway, there's plenty of third party repair shops out there that know how to do it.

Everybody is talking about MicroSD card slot, listen those days are over, now Companies are adopting new technology against it, the more technology will get old the more it will be taken out, same goes for headphone jack, so get over with it and look forward and after this also if you guys think MicroSD is necessary so get the A34 or A54 and forget all Flagship specs.

Anonymous, 25 Mar 2023On an additional note, while you are backing up your phone ... moreJust back up your data (to a laptop or HDD) when you can - and if you have a lot of data, just leave it transferring overnight or when you're not using your phone for a while... it really isn't difficult.
Yes, SD cards are handy - but they're certainly not the be-all and end-all when it comes to storage. From personal experience I've had over the years... problems with corrupted SD card: 1, problems with internal storage: 0

77, 24 Mar 2023Mines rooted overclocked Cpu gpu voltage by 20% I can ch... moreYour just asking the phone to completely die on on you for good. You will wear out your battery really fast and then the phones CPU could get hot enough to smoke it. I paid $1,546.59 for my S22 Ultra 512GB and for that amount money spent on it I would never be that stupid to do something I know would completely kill my new Galaxy S23 Ultra 512GB.

SteveUk, 25 Mar 20231. These things are VERY unlikely to happen (...I've h... moreOn an additional note, while you are backing up your phone to a computer through a USB cable, the phone has to be attached to the computer throughout the entire process, which leads to "desk hugging" in the same way users of phones with small batteries are "wall huggers".
If you are backing up to a laptop, you would have to carry it around without it disconnecting from your phone. And you should be using an external HDD anyway to avoid needlessly wearing down your laptop'ss internal SSD (solid state drive). This also applies to desktop PCs, however, they usually feature a large secondary HDD which is easily replaceable.
A MicroSD card can be detached from the phone for the duration of a backup, so it does not restrict your mobility.
Mobile phones are supposed to be just that. Mobile.

Perhaps never. Hopefully so. But when it does happen, you will be wishing you could pull out a memory card containing all your stuff out of your phone.

However, as you can see, a lot of people are not as fortunate.
This is why MicroSD is a necessary safeguard against data loss.
