A: don't tell me ppi is more important for you than having a longer battery though day, please don't tell me that you're a pilot when you really need a 500ppi on your phone.
B: i have a 20/20 vision so i want at least 500ppi so i can train my vision to be a pilot and i don't give a flying fu*k that battery don't last as long as on FullHD+ because i know what i want and even i am aware that's totally opposite from what the majority of people want and need from a phone as they prioritise battery state over ppi's, but i just don't care for those. I only know that my S10+ from 2019 have a 500ppi screen (nevermind the high refresh rate, who cares for that garbo feature anyways) and newer S series don't. My last word to you. Cope.
Q: So, who won? Who has the biggest d*ck out of 2 of you?
Cheers!

If the touch screen is defective, the internally stored data is locked in, whereas files on MicroSD are not lost.

If a screen breaks, it could destroy the touch sensitivity.

HT, 27 Mar 2023SD cards are still less vulnerable.
If your screen break... moreIf your screen breaks, you should still easily be able to attach the phone to a laptop via the USB C to C lead to transfer any data. And in the very unlikely event your USB port bends (🤷♂️), there are wireless ways of transferring your data. I've managed to go over 5 years without any of these things happening though... you're probably just as likely to get a corrupted SD card.
Regardless though - most people with 256gb-1TB worth of data on their phone will (or should!) have it backed up somewhere anyway.

Finally was able to upgrade. my S10+ is still very reliable but this one just worth the upgrade from my S10+. Battery life is good. and the screen refresh rate is very nice. will still observe the performance as I have only have this for liitle a week.

The only thing I dislike about my S23 Ultra 256GB/8GB in Cream so far is that the display is only 8 bit and not 10 bit (meaning it only has 16 million colors instead of 1 billion)
I did actually notice that.

The only chance Samsung S23 Ultra haters have is to blame this phone has got no microSD as it's just so perfect and superior to any other phone / brand they just can't handle the heat and can't criticize anything else.
The Samsung S23 Ultra is BY FAR the king of 2023 smartphones, the best smartphone in history as well as the only flagship with 0 huge cons while all of the others have at least one such as zoom only 3x or below and even without OIS / optical fingerprint sensor / USB 2.0 / UFS 3.1 / 1080p 1080/30 selfie... while the S23 Ultra doesn't have any single of that huge con thus making it the only real flagship.
It's very hard to be a Samsung hater nowadays. They are already the best in overall by light years ahead. Not the best in every single aspect (it is in many though) but in overall it just crushes out any other brand and since it has no cons and no Exynos this year, the only thing anyone can criticize is the lack of the outdated microSD slot no one uses anymore, despite having 3 SIM support and UFS 4.0 which is 10 times better than the most expensive SD card available.

p30, 27 Mar 2023backup your important data on cloud, ie drive, one drive etcYes, that too. However, MicroSD adds another layer of protection against data loss and is much faster than the cloud too.
What if the phone breaks during vacation in a location without Internet connectivity?
As long as cloud storage does not cover 100% of the earth's surface, MicroSD will not be obsolete.
