Maria, 16 Nov 2024I was thinking that 7 years update means that we will have ... moreWhen it comes to Updates, they only bring what the phone can handle not all specs of the update come to all phones, like for example AI came to S23 line but they decided to give S22 Line a peak of AI but not all AI specs came to S22 line just some of them that the phone can handle in terms of storage and performance.

Now, i am thinking that 7 years update means 7 years updates, so it can be only 4 OS update in 7 years, depends on the Samsung itselt. However, I do not care about how many OS update will be because rhe newer OS may slow the phone down. I care about how Samsung make its old phone (i.e. this S24U) as fast as it was in 2024.

The technology is here in my hands, with an arbitrary limitation that's technically illegal in a anti-consumer way. Will I have any luck if I go to a Samsung Smart service center and they could enable the codec via USB debugging maybe?

1. Why Samsung S24 Ultra doesn't have Multi User like Samsung Note have?
2. Why Headphone Jack is not provided?
3. Atleast in S25 Ultra Multi User available or as like past?

Except the fact that your argument makes no sense, because the design is simply not outdated. If you think it is, name one aspect of the design that's outdated.
