2 - Just set to 1080p.
3 - Radio can return someday.
4 - There isn't a single phone with 2 SD card slots and there isn't any flagship using SD card anymore except for Sony ones.
5 - 3.5 mm phone jacks will never return as they sell bt earphones.
So, IDK move to another phone and forget Samsung because those 5 things certainly will never happen. Or not bc a dual SD cards phone doesn't exist so no smartphone met your standards. Just use a dumphone instead.

Pavel, 22 Jul 2024Hello everyone ...I want users who use (S24 Ultra and S23 U... moreI have both. S24U is better in 5x (but its a very situational zoom) and S23U is much better in 10x unless for night pics. Up to 30x S23U is better as well, after that they're the same. So I'd say it was a downgrade in the 10x camera.

CamoGeko-XDA, 29 Jul 2024I'm going to trade in my S23 Ultra for an S25 Ultra. ... moreOnly significant update samsung has made in the last 5 years was ditching exynos for ultra models. I doubt anything significant will be made with s25u over s23u except 0.1second faster instagram opening. Maybe it's considered upgrade these days.

S24 Ultra User Kenya, 22 Jul 2024Guys I buy S24 Ultra galaxy 1TB brand new around 200 dollar... moreYou bought a fake S24 Ultra a clone, a Chinese mock off.
By the way, aren't you the same guy who also bought a fake S22 Ultra? It means you were fooled, again. The clone you have, only has a single camera, the rest is fake, just plastics, for design purposes.

Vibe, 28 Jul 2024He thinks he's saving money with trade in. I'm saving money in the fact that I will pay only 30% to 40% of the retail cost out of pocket. As opposed to paying full retail price out of pocket. Which I would never do anyway. But I'm getting a new phone every year or two whether I go the trade in route or not anyway. The cost is not that high for a device that is used so often.
Plus I've been trading in for many years from the generous Samsung trade in offers. Starting with a cheap refurb phone I had the allowed me to get a Galaxy S for a couple hundred. But that phone got me much, much more when I traded it in. And for years I only spent $200 to $300 out of pocket (after rebates, cashback, and trade in) for the base model or + model. Until I got the S24 Ultra this year. Which cost me a whopping $550 out of pocket. Which, I think, is the most I've ever paid out of pocket for a Galaxy S phone.
Plus, my cell phone is one of only a couple devices I use every single day. So I don't mind spending a little more on it. Especially since I save so much on cell service by being on prepaid instead of postpaid cellular. The savings more than cover the cost of me getting a new Galaxy S phone every year. But, in the end even the full cost of even the highest end cell phones is relatively low. For a device that is used every single day for many hours.
I've done a similar same thing with my five Tab S tablets. Using the generous trade in deals from the tablets, and getting them when on sale, so my out of pocket cost is typically only $150 to $250 for my new Galaxy Tab S tablets. Although I only switched to the higher tablets recently. Since they were offering some crazy trade ins on my lower model Samsung tablets, That gave me much, much more than what I had paid for them.

Unlike you, I prefer using the phone for as long as both the phone and I are able. This makes my money valuable.

And then, with the Galaxy S6, I started buying new, higher end phones. With a two year upgrade cycle. But, for the last few years I have switched to a yearly upgrade cycle. Since the trade in deals are so great now at launch.
Plus, I used to be on post paid cellular. Since I switched to prepaid cellular, five or six years ago, the savings more than cover the cost of a new galaxy S phone every year. After trade in.
So, next year, I plan on trading in my S24 Ultra for an S25 Ultra.

My unit does not have the grain some people are complaining about. I am not saying that you must pay that much for it, but I am going to keep it for at least 4-5 years. I know some people are recommending to buy a midrange phone and change it every 2 years, but in 6 years you will have paid more than I have paid for my flagship. I got a decent enough discount on my preorder.
