                      I bought the new S25 Ultra.Clearly don't see the reason why gsmarena gave this phone a score of 4.5 and at the same time they usually give better phones scores of 4.1/4.2/4.3 ,same applies to the iFruit phones.
                      With all the problems this overly expensive flagship phone has,i am really disappointed:
                      1.They went went for 8bit panel instead of a 10bit.
                      2.The panel has a flickering problem,causing eye fatigue.Already tested by me,my wife, aswell many other people on youtube and over the internet pointing out that problem.
                      3.Terrible sustained performance and overheating issues. Even on this review you can see the absurd CPU/GPU throttling with the phone losing more than half of its performance,which would have been somehow acceptable if it was a way cheaper phone,but not for one of the most expensive flagships on the market.They can't make up excuses for cutting corners like that.
                      Now for the ''N'' years of updates.So my wife is still using the S23 Ultra and guess what happened with the new OneUI 7 update.They gimped the CPU/GPU performance plus the battery life.Literally a year-year and a half after buying the most expensive flagship device,they start sabotaging it so you can buy the newest model.That is disgusting,what is the point of stating all those years of updates,when their clear purpose is to ruin your device so you can spend money for the new one.So after reverting back to the OneUI 6 ......... "magic' , CPU/GPU is yet again what it used to be,the battery life has also returned to its regular behavior.Many people are complaining on youtube and other media about the exact same issue,pretty strange why gsmarena did not bother to cover that topic so far.
                      The iFruits are pretty much the same with each and evey update though,ruining the battery life to a point,which is no longer viable for normal usage,forcing you to buy the newest model.
                      As long as we keep buying each and every gimped and overpriced product,these companies are going to cut corners and force sabotaging updates,so they can sell the newest stuff.Be responsible how you spend your own money and take care.

                              The 50 Mpix 5x lens, cropped at 10x, is better than 10 Mpix at 10x, because it still has 12.5MPix equivalent resolution.

                                Anyways, of course the A35 isn't comparable to any S series phones. But they are the best for midrange phones for the software and the rest of the specifications. Also the A35 is a nice phone to have for a low price (in dollars) and I may buy it this summer as my first phone for everything it has.
                                Also it's a smart way to have another Samsung for copying and pasting your data in your new phone. Or maybe I'm just dumb heh... Because I'm not rich.
                                Anyways I see that you really should give your girlfriend the A35, it's a very better phone than her A15. That can make her very happy.
                                Anyways enjoy the S25 ultra. 🤙

                                  0KAIR, 05 Feb 2025Ok I get what you mean. But it's literally just slower... moreI picked up my S25 Ultra from Best Buy this morning. I got the 512GB Unlocked Titanium Black version. And did my S24 Ultra trade in at the same time.

                                  $950 for my 512GB unlocked S24 Ultra. Given as $375 for the trade in value. And a bonus additional trade in value of $575. Which will both be credited to my BestBuy credit card. Then, the 5% BestBuy rewards are calculated on the full price for the phone. So I get $70 for that. Plus a $200 e-gift card. And $28 cashback from topcash back.

                                  And if I can get them to price match my order. I will save another $120 off my S25 Ultra. But I still need to contact them for the price match. Since it was $1420 when I ordered. A few hours after the S25 event. But now the price is $1300.

                                  For the A35, last night I used Smart Switch to move everything over from my S24 Ultra to my A35. Except the pictures and video. SInce all that is backed up in the cloud. So I've been using the A35 today. And this weekend I will transfer everything to my S25 Ultra.

                                  The A35 works fine. But, it's not like the S24 Ultra. That was basically instant doing most things. And the A35 is not instant. It will take a split second longer for things to happen. It is noticeable to me. Especially with wireless Android Auto.

                                  So for temporary use, the A35 is fine for me. But I would not want to use it this way permanently. Now my GF would love it. It is much faster than her A15 5G. But coming from the S24 Ultra, it's an obvious downgrade. But, it can do everything I need. So I can see why it's a popular Samsung phone. I only paid around $250 for mine from Best Buy. But. this weekend it will go back to being my landline replacement, at home.

                                  EDIT: Wow!! Best Buy gave me the current price of S25 Ultra automatically. I just checked my receipt online. Which is a sweet deal. So my S25 Ultra will basically end up being under $150.

                                    The cameras on the s23ultra are still better. The 10x periscope camera is better on the s23ultra than on the s24ultra and s25ultra. In low light, the s23ultra's main camera is more stable, capturing more detail.

I actually hate this brand now,although i own multiple devices from them. Slowly all the good features are removed,and the phone is now a device that is trying to lock you out inside and tell you how to live. BTW ai is useless,
