Nougat Update, I was about to buy S8 plus but due to lack of services from Samsung, seriously thinking about it, why no updates for S5, to Nougat, as a flagship we invested money and its our decision to give it family , why no updates

Purchased Samsung Galaxy S5" mobile phone in December 2016, but it stopped functioning in 6 months. Phone is under warranty. Reported technical issue ( charging problem, device not functioning properly) to service center. But they did not meet obligation.
Company is not supporting 1 year warranty. It is a bad product which no one should buy. It is a sunk investment in a pathetic product.
