As for opening the contacts it takes 1 sec to open but do think that is lag? Come on this phone has proved to be on top of all smartphones to date smashed M8, LG G3, Z2... Anyway sell your phone as you will make someone happy and go buy HTC or LG or Sony. Good luck with those

The one and only thing which I loved about s5 is the camera in daylight. Its awesome.

Just try to see how a Nexus device performs, you will be shocked!

All mini's from so called "fagship mobile phones" are all useless why it's because they have lower SPECS they can not muster sales while flagship phones sales are slow due to it''s big and awkward size , with exception of some.

Another thing is after using iPhone about 5 years switch to android.iPhone is very easier operating but jailbreak cydia etc etc is suck my brain. When first time I using android phone I was confused how handle this monster lots of options lots of things have to know. First 10 to 12 days I was very confused. Anyway. Now I can tell one thing sgs5 is best phone in this time. Before iPhone 6 release. Thanks folk's have a nice day.

Nicolas82, 09 Jul 2014I have an the exynos version and by comparing it to a snapd... moreIf u have octa core s5 then download CPU-Z app from play store and run it. It will show 8 cores are running but the max frequency is 1.3 ghz or 1300 mhz.
And sry to say bt in india we have only octa core model. So I cant compare. Bt there r lag while opening some very basic items like contacts, call log etc.
some time some games are crashed while starting it and shows the message " Report "
Truly this octa core model is not worthy at all..

But under normal condition it will not.
Better put all your apps auto update off and set it to manual.

It lags all... moreI have an the exynos version and by comparing it to a snapdragon version I didn't find any difference in performance. I even noticed that the battery performance of exynos version is better as for gaming it easily runs the most demanding games with nomlag whatsoever in power saving mode. Want more remove the power saving mode and boost ur CPU to max it will easily outperform the snapdragon version

But they told this much lag is considerable. This is a pathetic answer which I got from service provider. After counting a huge amount of money why should I consider this lag.
And the thing which I hate the most is it got 1.81 gb ram of available ram but nearly 1 to 1.2 gb ram occupies all the time.
Getting a worst experience from this octa core crap.

HMH, 08 Jul 2014I WILL MUST BUY the SGS 5 but nexy year bcuz that time will... moreu r from pakistan? i dnt think so..because in which pakistan i live is full of ever luxurious thing...people here buys every iphone galaxy that newly cums out someimes they are able to buy those phones before some european countries as well.if u can not afford one dont blame pakistan.
