This phone is fantastic! Believe me. Except the battery life is not that promising for a hardcore user (like me).

Very excellent phone as compared the display(super amoled) and camera no where it hangs compact and easy to carry onlt problem is the screen size is small as compare to the price but it is an advance phone

Battery life is not good ... moreIt's because you network coverage signal is weak.
Go to an area where the network coverage signal is always full and you will get a longer battery life than expected.
Your network provider should be the one to work on this.

I Used This For 1 Week. Phone Is Awesome Screen Is Awesome. Camera Clarity Is Very Good Its Like Slr Camera. Ram 2GB is Enough. Front Camera Is Also Good. Problem Is Only That Phone Getting Hot When I Snap 10 To 15 Shot Continue Flash Auto Off. Everything Is Good But If You Purchase This Phone For Camera Then Don't Purchase Please Purchase Camera. Nikon Or Canon But Phone Is Awesome Its Very Slim. Cost Is Little Higher But I Give 5 Star. Nice Job samsung

stevo, 16 Jun 2014My S5 has an occuring problem, the screen doesn't light up ... moreIf the incidentals are misbehaving try going to Play Store and download a cache cleaner. I use 'app cache cleaner pro' which I paid for but there is a free version that works fine.

The advantages of S5 over S4 are :
Better build. You can forget about a protective case now.
Slightly better camera. For day shots, you will NOT see the difference. The AF is very fast now, and the HDR mode is almost instant, that's all.
IP67 certification, you know what that is.
Screen is better than S4. Out in sunlight you won't have any problem any more, and it goes more dim in night if you want.
And all the other nonsense like Heart Rate sensor, Fingerprint sensor etc, none of them have any purpose for real life usage.
And the disadvantage will be the increased size. Just for 0.1" display increase you will have a somewhat 10% larger phone than S4, which is awkward.

i bought a s5 recently and it was good till two weeks and after two weeks it developed few problems like heating up , reduction in battery life , unresponsiveness etc. i reset the phone now and hope it would work normally !
if u think a mobile to go for go for s5 as it is good and supports any kin of game and stuff !
