I am owing S4 since March 2014 and I my friend got a S5 last month.
In my view S5 is just Addon version of S4 with Slight increase in the processor speed. (addons like Water resist, finger print)
Before S5 release I thought it would have 3GB RAM but Not !! Again same 2GB RAM. :(
In terms of looks and ergonomic S4 looks Beautiful than S5.

the worst phone ever i took the phone on 6 th june 2014 since the other day phone display gets blank third class response from service center the after sales service is worst than a cheap mobile compny 40k is just a joke for its price

I want to change my S4 to the new Galaxy S5. Beside the advantage for those who use to drop the phone, sometimes in water ( I never dropped it), I tried hard to see advantages in changing the S4 with an S5, but hard to decide...
Why I should change the S4 with S5?
Experienced users, previously users S4 and actually users of S5, I would very much appreciate to hear from you, thanks!

i want super silm,compact like moto x with 4.7inch topnoch 13mp cam and 720p display, with snapdragon 805 with 2gb ram and 2600mha battery.i think its will be better than s4 ,g3,z2,i5s,.in real life usage!im waiting to upgrade my s4..other wise its not dat much worth to update ma s4!!!

samsung s5 is verygood compare to other mobiles but battery backup is lo and moblle is over heating

Guys i got this phone almost a week ago and the phone is working perfectly fine, there is no lags at all as the people were saying and it's super responsive and camera also is working perfectly good and super fast in capturing photos and videos, if anyone is willing to buy this phone i totally recommend it, it's a fantastic phone

There are lots of features in s5 .... I droped my g3 dream and I'm very very fine about s5... Samsung is becoming great

2010.... n8, galaxy s
2011.... s2,
2012..... s3
2013...... htc one, s4,z, iphone 5
2014..... iphone 5s,htc one m8, s5, z2
my personal openion is that
htc one m8 is the best smart phone of 2014,
2nd is sony xperia z2.
i am using now both m8 and z2
s5 has overheating issue.
buy m8 if you want best user experience and world best looking smart phone.
buy z2 if you want better camera, big display, water proof

One of my favorite phone for now. I love the camera and the new features. I accidentally drop my phone to the water. ANd its still works.
