If compared on camera, no doubts lumia1020 wins but if compared to software i must say s5 leads bec there nothing new in lumias windows soft. But through the overall camparision i think s5 leads through 2 or 3 points and in case of price also, s5 is quiet cheap.

For design part, since i purchased a back protecting cover, i only see the front or the nice black transparent back cover..

People can critisise the design as much as they want. But one thing is for sure screen is absolutely gorgeous. And battery life is superb with moderate to heavy usage it easily lasts me a day or more than that..
camera quality is best among all the smartphones available.
So I think all these goodies easily make up for average design!

Just got my S5 and I'm truly loving it! Coming from an S3 I feel it's a great improvement! And truth be told, I'm impressed with the phone... during my first weekend with it, my little girl accidentaly dropped it in the pool... and it came out as good as it went in! I love it!

Well I got a s5 last night and it is relatively good. Download booster is working.it is qualcomm snapdragon. 4.4.2 KitKat.and fingerprint scanner works quite well

I also knew about the Toshiba ones and even mentioned them indirectly in a comment.
I know. But tcool was saying that there exists no such thing with this speed and I showed him.

NooN, 12 May 2014I don't have to wait forever, LG G3 is coming right here in... moreI wouldn't hold my breath for G3. Hopefully they got many surprises in their phone because i saw some leaked specs about some Asian variant, you will be surprised that it's not better than S5... Nerds/fans might be almost as disappointed as they were for S5 announcement.
I'm not saying that because i'm a S5 owner, but i like following smartphones news everyday.

-S5 has a much better autonomy.
-S5 has a much brighter/clearer screen.
-S5 will be supported longer than S4 for software part (it's logical).
-S5 has a better camera
-S5 supports better LTE speeds.
-S5 has more sensors..
So the choice is up to you and all who are thinking about it, it's only a matter of logic, budget and tastes.
Now if you are taking too much time to decide, keep on looking for news about next phones announcement.

All others you are pointing at are normal SDcards not fitting in a phone. Unless you walk around with a OTG USB3.0 adapter + SD to usb3.0 adapter and even so, you wouldn't reach your 250mb/sec peak speeds.
The time most of people need those speeds sustained will only be for 8K recording or more, so there's no point for now debating if SD801 supports this or not. In 2-3 years from now, we may need to pay attention to that detail.
