Because only LTE unit has Snapdragon 801, the cheaper one has Exynos 5 Octa.
Which is better?
If it is Snapdragon 801, therefore even though the LTE is not well delveloped in the place where you are going to use it, it is still worth to buy the LTE unit with Snapdragon 801.

Nothing innovative. Just another phone out there. Samsung cant innovate anymore. Competitors are out with 2K display such as LG and China manufacturer.

A simple question is : is LTE well developped where you are ? If not, you can go for a cheaper phone instead, if yes, well there are other brands for about same price.

On the software part, this time when you turn on your phone for first time, it's not even "bloated" with all kind of apps like it was on S3 (i think there were more on S3 than on S4).
You get the choice to go on Samsung apps to install them or not.
They seemed to have totally redevelopped their whole touchwizz system (which is not only a simple UI as many think) since now apps like camera doesn't get all options like on my S4, you need to download effects or camera modes from Samsung Apps to complete it.
Worth mentionning that compared to other brands that loyal fans are bragging over here, since S3 samsung is always offering many apps as presents to Galaxy S owners. I don't get that on other brands and that makes a difference for customers caring.
It's not about S-Apps which some are quite clever/well done, we get games and other handy or productivy apps each times, not only when receiving the phone but also for holidays / events and randomly.

I have gone through a lot of Android smartphones besides all Galaxy S and that disturbs me on S5 :
There's no "menu" key. It has now been replaced with a "stupid" task switching key!
Seriously Samsung CEO?
I sincerly hope we won't need the standard "menu" key within apps...

tht is flop phone... bettery life is so small compair XPERIA Z2 look is also bed n sound also not dolby ya surrounded or not water resistance so flop!!!

I might get used to it, but i don't think so. It's really feeling bad this time and it's first time i think of it.
Anyway, i already ordered a black protecting case to hide it, and preordered the wireless back cover + base in black to get another look.
I don't know for materials of S6, but i'm almost sure to get it since, i wanted 64bits and QHD to upgrade from S4.
It's only because i got a -30% deal on it that i ran to upgrade.
