Such an awfull design! It look's more like a galaxy ace with a bigger screen! Very disappointing phone! GO SONY XPERIA Z2!!!

Very disappointed. Samsung is losing the plot!!
Where is the FM-RDS radio? If you giving us 3 year old design, at least give us all the good stuff from 3 years ago, and then add the new stuff. HR monitor? I have a HR monitor app downloaded on my S3 and its a waste of time hopelessly in-accurate.. I love Android, but its time to move away from Samsung.

I read here many comments mostly disappointing but we saw S4 well sold in 2013 and I must say to you guys this will also the best selling phone in 2014 bcuz what Android OS need it has all powerful features and no need more RAM and more powerful CPU than S5 has. Above all Samsung will provide more special apps for S5 users like in past we saw in S3 and S4. I use many phones like iPhone BlackBerry LG HTC Sony Nokia Huawei but I really enjoy to use Samsung Galaxy Series. S5 is slightly powerful than S4. Like we saw iPhone 5 than iPhone 5S..

Every day is not Sunday, Sammy first makes a hype of all steel rounded ad then same idiot shape from zero to hundred all models. Yet remember 5yrs bck Tizen os which failed. I bet this model will hav a follow up. All people restrain.

this phone is very bad!!! i was very disappointed!!! because i think the s5 galaxy far better than galaxy s4. but i think both are the same. additional features such as heart rate sensors on galaxy s5 is rubbish, because the feature is not too useful. and features a fingerprint scanner is also just a mimic of iphone 5s!! and why samsung super amoled screen still use only full hd resolution?? when samsung has been curved screen technology (oled) resolution which have been ultra hd.!!! random access memory of galaxy s5 only 2gb , and internal memory only 16gb, much smaller than galaxy note 3!! what is the best of the galaxy s5?? what is surprising from galaxy s5??? nothing at all!!!! garbage!!! very disappointing!!

They should have just called it S4 9599, secondary camera still 2Mp, phone memory still 64Gb, speed still 42mbps. There is no improvement

I think this is the first phone among high end galaxy series that is not having a daily hit of more than 1.5 to 2 lakhs after launch, in GSM Arena.
This is not a good sign for Samsung!

I am really disappointed , i was waiting like anything for this phone now i am totally disturbed i still love samsung i really dont want to buy any other phones ..
At least if you people really care for the customers likes and dislikes please change back panel at least .. if it is like note 3 also i am ok with it .... take it serious i love Samsung dont make phone like this nothing is impressed in this totally a waste phone

will get too expensive i have a Galaxy s3 i747 and i think about a S4 i9506 Or E330 but i dont need the LTE (i9596 / e330 use 800 1800mhz Us\Canada use the 1700 mhz ) i found some with 32gb in a few colors for less than 500$ unlocked NEW

advice, 25 Feb 2014i think u need to read the specification again because ther... morei know but there a few negative .... for me no 64GB or 128GB model miss a few codec like MKV no FM radio , and miss International version ... yet

ITS BIGGER GALAXY S (FIRST GALAXY PHONE) IN TERM OF DESIGN. NOW I UNDERSTAND MEANING OF BACK TO BASICS.....
No reason to buy a new Samsung this time, really i don't know how they can maintain their leadership with lack of innovation.They know they have to change design but still maintain same design.
Presently using S4 mini but IMHO their last good phone in term of design was S2, i really liked it.
I think i will sony this time
