Apparently from my carrier i was informed voice mail is visual with ads,i will be getting rid of my Samsung phone because of this,shoving down my throat attempt of advertising. Getting rid of my tv and will not purchase another samsung product

i've had the Samsung galaxy s5 and i'm pretty sure i have a defective phone. since the day i've got it i have had problem with sound, freezing and the phone shutting off. i have reset the phone and followed all the steps they have told me to fix my phone. nothing is working and i need a phone that works for work related. I love Samsung but if nothing is done i will be switching from the android world. i am very disappointed with how Samsung has handled this. at this point i think i should be offered a new phone!!! i'm not a person to try and get things for free but this as now become ridiculous with what i have had to deal with and i haven't even had the phone for 2 years!!! not impressed at all!!!

I was expecting the White UI in my Samsung S5 after updating to Andriod but was being disappointed after seeing the actual update on Youtube.

AnonD-295604, 22 Apr 2016Guys... I heard that KitKat is the most stable Version on S... moreI don't think it is true. My S5 came with kitkat too. Afterwords it got Lolipop and now Marshmallow. I have used Marshmallow for last few days. As per my experience it is the smoothest OS.

king, 24 Apr 2016When i try to update my s5 it shows error. Says "Unable to ... moreFirst back up your data. Then go to Backup and reset. From there do "Factory data reset". Now try to update. This method works for me. Hope this solve your problem.
