Had my phone for 1 month, it started to freezzzz. Took it to Samsung customer care and whala after 4 days got it back and it is working 100%. Best buy after my S5. Great phone!!

I left "always on mode" and "data usage(4g)" on overnight (around 7hours). The battery drop 12% , is that normal for s7??

I had it for 5 months and it all started very well...but... Great photos, very useful quick access to the cam app but after 5 months the battery started to drain drastically. If I had 100 % at midnight, in the morning it would be about 70-80% without touching the phone. After not even an hour of using the phone in the sun (with auto display settings) it would drop below 50 %. All in all I ended up charging my phone 2-3 times a day without any heavy usage. A week ago I decided to go back to a "sheep phone" iPhone 6s Plus that is definitely a bit more limited in terms of accessing extra options but the battery lasts up to 2 days and the camera is at the same level if not better than Galaxy s7 (apart from low light shots). Last weekend when I sent my pics taken on iPhone to my friend who also owns Galaxy s7 - his firs comment was - you must have improved the quality of your pic with some apps....and he is a photo geek. Anyway if you want a flashy phone that you can't fully rely on (battery, os) go for s7 if you want a reliable mobile friend you know what I would recommend...The choice as always is yours!

This is a message from a very upset, angry, frustrated and disappointed customer.
I just purchased on a contract basis my mobile with Woolworths not even a week ago that I started having some issue with the phone. The screen won't stop flickering and I have band of stripeson my screen. I have contacted Samsung customer service and I spent more than 1 hour of my time on Livechat support to troubleshoot my phone. We did the safe mode then the complete Factory Reset on phone where all my data was deleted. At the end, the support suggested that I should contact Samsung Outlet and get my phone assess.
So, I did contacted customer service on the phone and I have attached all the proofs and documents that are requested: video of the flickering and some photos of the stripes.
However, this in not good enough!! Did I buy the latest Samsung S7 Edge or a LEMON!!???
After just one week of purchase with the plastic protection still on, I already and still having issue with the phone the still won''''t stop flickering!!!!damaging my eyes!!!
Common, you claimed that your phone is the latest technology that can be used underwater, dust proof etc...sponsor of the Olympics!!!
