Anonymous, 08 Jun 2020It is good enough 7 to 8 hours on 50 percent brightness Completely depends on what I'm doing with the phone. I havent ran any scientific tests on my phone and have no plans to do so.
I've had the phone since launch, so the battery quite understandably doesn't perform as it once did but I'm happy with the update and have not detected any loss of battery performance since updating.
As I've said, ive not conducted any laboratory testing on my phone
..... but you kinda know when your phone suddenly stops performing as it once did and I cant say that mine has, which is good enough for me.

Just downloading the MAY Security Update as I type. Must say I wasn't expecting an update for a few months after the recent announcement that S8's have now been moved to quarterly updates (see link below if you were not aware of this)

is it worth buying s8 plus in 2020 brand new with warranty? or to buy any other redmi or real mi phones. iam using samsung S7 for almost 3-4 years and very very happy with the performance and no issues faced other than charging port replaced once. just wanted to know is it worth going for S8 plus or to go for some other brand redmi or realmi phones i dont want to change from samsung.

Mois... moreTake it to the service centre... it's simple dude.. the phone is water resistant not water proof.. may be there is water inside the phone.. i have also s8 plus but i don't trust ip 68 rating... i never use it in water or near water..
