poor battery... automatically restarts everytime when i play a video or do anything like opening apps etc ..., it restarts even when the battery is 72 % charged..works properly when on charging ... , heating problem * though it was a very good tab .. but then these problems occured and made me uncomfortable and so irritated that i am giving my reviwes here . it is costly and then it works like this 😐... if there is any solution to solve this problem ..please guide !

Hi guys, my issue is that my Tab A if I disconnect it from charging it starts to turn off and on and never ending till I plug it again. I just buy it past year but now it stopped working pls help?

Guys, I want to know if I upgrade to Nougat from Marshmallow, would that slows the tablet? Cause this works still fine with Marshmallow. Also I heard some say there's a sound issue with the upgrade. Can someone say what are the pros and cons after upgrade?

Mine is still working fast since i update it to 7.1.1 and im using it since 2015 the only isseu is the battery it drains fast it only last for 2 hours.

I have no problems with mine. But then the one I have is the lte one. I have notice it is not slow,in anything I throw at it. Games,you Tube videos etc. Have no idea how people had up dated to 7.0 and 7.1,when I check for soft wear updates it tell me it is up to date. Unless people are rooting it. Most tablets have only 2 gigs of ram anyway.

Like all cheap samsung tablet, they use the worst components to build it. Super slow memory storage and ram chips.
Then people blame android. No, the problem is not android, it's samsung!

After 2 years:
Wow this thing is very slow. The battery only degraded a bit but the speed has been degraded too much, especially since nougat update.
The only good thing about this tablet is its battery and display.

Bought my T355 when I was transiting in Dubai airport last Nov. 2015 and now Feb. 2018 and still using it. OS already upgraded to Nougat lastyear. I love the qwerty keys it has a Del. Backspace, Left & Right scroll keys..

Slow and unresponsive, this is a sluggish piece of tech which may look all impressive but falls flat on its face with even the simplest demands 1.5/5 rating

My Tab A received Android 7.0 update. It made the tablet absolutely useful. I wonder whether the 9.6" model received the update too.
