my tab is not responding again to either charging or switching off after few seconds of indicating its charging. now the indicator has taking over the screen and neither switching it off or doing anything is working, what do i do?

I replaced battery.backup is good but the problem is charging time to much taken .i charged 9/10 hour and battery % is only 80%.plz suggest me what is the solution.

Everytime the tablet went wrong, i just open it and move the four wires connecting to the board, just a little movement. Restarts the device, and test if the flash is working, then its ok. If still dont work, maybe its time to sell the tab or give it to me as a christmas gift. Lols

do not buy this crap. it has a battery problem and keep rebooting every time. since the day i bought it, i could never use it properly. I changed battery 3 times and nothing changed. you can buy Z3 tablet compact LTE instead of this device and be happier.

This Tablet's battery need to be replace after 1-2 years usage. Mine always turned off by itself, i replace the battery in Samsung Service Center. it cost me $23 for the original battery. My 2 years tabs now working like a champ, never had complaint after change the battery. Battery life is good too.

i brought my tab s8.4 last year... but sad to say less than a year the battery is dead... i wont buy any samsung product any more... so expensive but low quality in their battery...

I find it quite strange that after all this customer suffering and complaints about flicker reboot, there is no official response from Samsung people, don't they see the feedbacks on this forum and other forums? Problem denial is not good for business.

everyone have problem with this model t705 like flicker or flash camra not work or otg cant start its one way to correct yoyr tablet you must first open tablet from front and remove battery connection... after few seconds plug it again and close tablet tablet be fine and for long time be useful tnx

I am really disappointed. It restarts randomly especially when around 50% battery is left. I understand it's a manufacturing defect. Can't sell it. Robbed of my heard earned money

Try to keep a power bank with you to plug the tab in when flicker starts, when at home just plug it to mains or to your PC. I guess flicker reboot will stop immediately. It is a Hardware not software problem as some people think.

My latest finding with the flicker reboot phenomenon:
The deplorable thing is that Samsung service would not admit this defect in at least some if not all units from this model.
I bought this from the US since I used to be a Samsung fan, though I am also an Apple consumer. I thought I bought a flagship...it turned out to be Titanic!
In my latest search and finding this flicker reboot is not OS related, it is simply defective circuitry, may be defective battery system. Can everybody try this:
Connect the unit with power supply whether mains or powerbank, and this nuisance stops, period.
Aren't Samsung service people aware of this?
Anyway I don't care any more. This is the last mobile or tab from Samsung to bd paid for.
