bad battery ? what......
i have bought tab s 8.4 lte over a year a go and my battery is fine i use it as my secondary phone it is on 4g all the time in the evening when i go to bed it is about 99 percent and when i go to work in the morning i leave it at home and battery is 96-94 percent and it is on all the time and ring i f my phone ring i have dual sim on same number ... if i do not use it like browsing or youtube or nothing . so the battery lasts minimum 5 days heavy use 2 days it is soooo good you can not buy better the tab s2 is no good display is so much poorer .........f....n great device !!!!!!!

Remember to season your batteries! Full charges only from +/- 5% to full at least 3 times. My battery lasts 3 days at least! And right now I'm using it as my phone (no voice though). Also Airplane mode while you are not using it or overnight helps save yer battery!

well no offence but the people who thinks previous version wasnt better than its not right , well here i bought Samsung Galaxy TAB S 8.4 , Not the LTE Model but the Model which supports Sim-Micro Sim, i Used it in every style with roughness and rigidness but the TAB never gave me any problem , and for the users who think the TAB S 8.4 will upgrade to Marshmallow soon , Samsung always give update last becz they improvise the Version. i assure u all that LTE Models are good when u have a good wifi and all but the Sim Card Version is same as ur Andirod Mobiles.

Hi...
First of all my english is not good sorry for that so
I have samsung tab s t705 i bought 20 months before now i am facing some lag in my tab like when i open settings image zoom in out its not smooth its lagging
And when i play any hd song from my internel storage even 720p its lagging too much
I trt to hard reset my tab butt same problem anyone gudide me how to fix this issue?? Please

I bought my tab in August 2014. Just used for 3 month, I had problem with the battery. I charged 100% but then the battery show 50% and kept dropping. I sent to Samsung Service Centre and they repaired but problem continue. So I sent again to them for repair. This time they change a new battery. Only used for a year now the problem starts to come back.
Yesterday night my battery showed 97% before I went to bed. Work up to find my battery only left 20%. This already happens since 2 days ago.
I will never recommend Samsung Tab to anyone and I won't buy another Samsung product again. I'm very disappointed with Samsung service too.

I have owned a samsung galaxy tab s for around 18 months and im having serious problems with the battery life and time taken to charge the battery. Very disappointed to say the least so will not be buying any more samsung products as i think that apple are better quality.

I bought samsung tab s 8.4 a year ago. Only a month after my purchase date, i had the battery replaced coz it was defective, well thankfully it was free of charge since it was still within the warranty pd. And only last night another problem occured...wifi and bluetooth don't function at all, meaning cant be set to ON. I had it checked by samsung's authorized repair technician and i was quoted by almost 12 k for the repair. I got really irritated as i am still paying it with the 0 installment plan. So frustatrating, my greatest mistake...buying a samsung product. And my one year warranty just lapsed, imagine a unit/tablet this expensive lasts only for a year. And please take note, i realy take extra care with this tablet, bought the original samsung casing/housing, with screen protector, and followed all tips there is just to possibly increase its useful life BUT all was useless.

Dear Samsung,
Will there be an official Marshmallow 6.0 update for Galaxy Tab S 8.4 LTE?
Please do not let it stuck on 5.0.2, at least 5.1.1 official or higher.
After all, it's still a premium tablet with great specs to date.
Do reconsider it please.

Some people say that, the Tab S 8.4 has bad battery connector. Even though the battery connector is fixed by Samsung Care, it may be broken again after few months using :(
