My problem with this phone is the memory, it said to have 551mb of RAM but what i have here is 331mb only, i did factory reset but nothing happen, it is still 331mb, what should i do, i need help, i want to have at least higher RAM so my phone can perform fast even i download apps, thanks

you can flash the stock firmware on your phone using Odin Multi Downloader.
BEWARE: Using Odin without enough knowlegde can brick you device.
you need a pc and an internet connection
1. on your phone type *#*#44336#*#* on the dialer app
2. download your firmware here (account needed) http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/2/
3. download Odin Multi Downloader and Ancora.OPS here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=21875835&postcount=3
4. How to use Odin here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1467128 please read and understand this instructions very carefully as one wrong mistake can cost you your whole device
you need to install Samsung Galaxy Wonder drivers manually or using Samsung kies (it is included in the "How to Flash with Odin" instruction) on your computer so that Odin can detect your phone.
SUGGESTION No. 2!!!
Contact your nearest Samsung Service Center. Safe, fast, convenient. though it may cost you money
It is up to you which suggestions will you follow. If you go for flashing with Odin, remeber that you need to do your research, watch youtube vids, read articles, among other stuff

Anonymous, 07 Nov 2013Install Clean Master. You can clean all crap with it.Clean master cannot to clean the root/data folder where these scrap files are located.. most of these leftover files are odex, xml, and dex files which are installed deep in the android system..
the only two ways to hget this files out of the system are: hunt them manually with a root explorer (root required) and a hard reset

lai, 06 Nov 2013I can't download applications because my phone says that my... morethis happens if you tried to install a "warez" (paid apps downloaded from the internet for free), uninstall it then installed it again.. some of its files remain in the system and there is no way to delete those files unless you have root permission..
now if this happens on a legit download from google play store.. you have a corupt install... the only way is either hard reset or hunt those remaining file manually (root required)

if you scroll down, there is a code posted there to hard reset your phone. What it does is if you type that code in your dialer app it will IMMEDIATELY HARD RESET YOU PHONE WITHOUT CONFIRMATIONS AT ALL. I have not personally used it. but it could be helpful if you cant go to recovery mode..

- first MAKE A BACKUP of necessary files such as pics, vids, messages, call logs, sync you contacts and calendar to google, important docs, etc to you computer.
- after all backups are done, take out you micro sd and reformat it to fat32
- after the micro sd reformat your phone. try this instructions (I have tried this once so this instructions really work)..

remember this will erase everything in your phone and will revert it back to factory settings. all apps you installed will be gone and some apps from your carrier might be deleted too.
- after factory reset ~ copy all backups to newly formatted sd card then start the phone..
