new_android, 27 Jan 2012I have been using this model 4 last few days. however the p... morefirst install kies from cd that comes with phone. then connect your phone with laptop using data cable. and then check the usb thethering option. ur laltop will be. connected to internet.

battery backup is very poor.............it discharge in 4 hours.....

i like that because its design is xerox copy of iphone, except bottom buttons

inawa_zirza, 27 Jan 2012hye guyss.. im thinking to buy new handset to replace my b... morei suggest you to go for galaxy y coz it has got android 2.3 but if you want a big screen size than you should go for wildfire. trust me iam using both of this.

i have this phone and for me it's pretty nice for someone like me who is a "beginner" when it comes to android phones. the price is just right. decent enough.

samsung galaxy y is very very super but one disapointed is battery. could not stand by still. dailly 3times or 4times charging me

Own a Galaxy Y since the day it was launched.Not very happy with the messaging menu.qwerty keypad is very minute and not user friendly. swype is ok if you get used to it.Sound volume is very low even at the max level.So you might miss calls if you are not alert. And the most difficult to handle is the Techwhiz screen which can turn a menu on if the screen lock is not in place

i bought this phone on diwali...
very very good performance....
forget battry problem...generally one day while use net...but only3 hr movie backup...

kannan, 27 Jan 2012how can i change and assign ringtones on incoming messages?If u are happy with default tones just go to settings >>sound >>check in notifications or if u Ned to hav tones of ur choice create a folder as Media in memory card inside that create another folder as Notifications and then put tones of ur choice create inside that folder as then go to settings >>sound >>notifications u'll find ur tones
