Ram, 12 Jan 2012Hi everyone. I bought Galaxy Y s5360 . now i want to connec... morewell buddy, If your laptop supports wi-fi application then first turn on wi-fi network on your laptop
2. Press Menu on your smartphone
3. Go to settings>Wirless and network setting>Tethering and portable hotspot>turn on wi-fi hotspot (if you want use internet by wi-fi) and if u have connected data cable select usb tethering.
4. A wi-fi network available on your laptop connect and enter password which u settled on ur smartphone.
5. Browse internet and enjoy

anand, 12 Jan 2012hi....i request u to solve my prblm....whenever i am about ... moreHey Anand actually whole problem is due to SD card is inserted in your phone. At the time of purchasing the mobile company provides a Samsung SD card that is very worse one. Because 24th Dec. 2011 i puchased Galaxy y and same 2gb memory card which was pre available. But whenever i go for downloading any file in mobile the notification bar prompts "SD card removed unexpectly". Then i went to retailer of mobile assesscories and purchased a new memory card of Samsung having memory of 4gb. and well it is working properly now. You should keep it in your mind that u have to purchase a branded and new one not any used one. Hope your problem will be resolved

hey... guys bought this phone a month ago.,..except a little low ram problem....everything is alright..,perfect mid range android phone with a good processor..........considering the price......I recommend this phone for u guys......

hi....i request u to solve my prblm....whenever i am about to download something,it says"sd card removed unexpectedly".i thought d problem was with sd card so i bought a new one inserted it...but d same problem continued...i don't know what the exact problem is...experts r requested to guide me..

Setting on the phone
setting - wireless and networks - tethering and portable hots- select portable wi-fi hotspot, the make a note of ssid and password - then turn ON Wi- fi option of the laptop and look for the wifi network and enter password click connect, but make sure that the internet is ON on the phone -- u can turn on internet on the phone going setting and wireless and network and than mobile networks select pocket wifi.
