new, 15 Jan 2008+ 1.well done phone 2.easy to use 3.fast soft s60 4.big... moreI cannot manage to make the GPS work. I have the i550 version, without WIFI... and I am trying to use the Internal GPS. It says that it has "no connection". I have tried it inside and also outside... Any ideas?

hi is the battery suppose to run out very fast? cos i just bought mine and it runs out in less than a day when i hardly touches it

Check with u guy, is this phone ringing tone loud bcos my worksite is noisy as i got many miss call from my nokia 6300 n i think of getting this phone that c/w GPS. Anyone can update me? Thk u.

Bought this phone 4 months ago. Had problem from the first day with Sim card compatibility and Samsung Korea had to get involved to find problem. Issue solved by applying software update.
Now after 4 months of use, the trackball keeps missing places which makes it difficult to use. Also, everyone i talk to says they cannot hear me well. Therefore I switch to "Whisper" mode every time. Battery life is below average. GPS is fine and clear, except that you have to buy the software after the trial version is finished. Everything else is super. You might need to get used to the small keypad at first but its sweet after that.

I am going to buy this phone in a few days.
Can someone pls answer the foll:
1)What is the latest firmware version for this phone as i will check it before buying.
2)How is the battery life(in days) of the phone on normal use(making some calls, listening to little bit music and sometimes wifi).
3)How is Wi-fi connectivity?
4)How is the trackball? what if we have to scroll a lot? do we have to keep moving?
5)Another option for me is the n82(but it is slightly on the higher side, so guys need ur feedback
6)Does samsung provide worldwide warranty?
7)The most important one: are samsung fones durable? coz my nokia fone keeps falling everytime(not everyday!:P), but is pretty sturdy- not a problem with it yet. Are samsung fones delicate?? will it break after a fall?
Guys need ur feedback and help!
