I have an idea network.. the gprs has been activated.. but still my phone says 'net connection unavailable.. switch on wifi' .. Is there n e particular setting for the phone to access gprs? where do I find the internet settings?

i5801 has excellent battery life,ppl who are cursing the phone don't know how to use it ,it gives average 50 hrs of battery with avg use and 35 hour battery with heavy use :),and in minimum use it goes beyond 70 hrs.

Its battery life really sucks. not even ther... morei also had the same problem. but after these changes it is giving 4 days battary backup. 1) when i dont need internet i disable internet (remove last word 'T' in APN name TATA DOCOMO INTERNET based on u r network remove last word in u r phone offcourse i dont have any another choice to disable it except this) 2) network mode GSM only, 3) reduced brightness to least.

I owned I5801. Its battery life really sucks. not even there for 2 Hrs after 100% charge

I feel that lot of people who are using this phone are not aware of the features of android and smart phone.. Its a very good phone if u know how to use it and get maximum out of it.... I have same froyo Overclocked to 1366Mhz.. its blazing fast and love this phone very much..

Guys this the best android mobile for this cost. You change everything right from boot animation to rom and kernels. The actual speed is 667MHZ but you can overclock to 1200MHZ (or even to 1400MHZ cool). Just view this page http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=861.....Love this mobile

i have a device like this myself...swype works great..talk time is about 4,5 h ....and after upgrading it to froyo ..it runs even better, at least the CPU does...haven't experienced any sync problem...it's an average phone..you need smth indeed good, get an HTC.

yur battery life time is too bad.. don use this mob if yu wanna talk for hrs..
Mob often getting restarted unnecessarily with no concern.
this mob sucks...
