About this phone:
I am using it for few weeks around the world. As well for phone calls, e-mail by GPRS/EDGE/3G and wireless, surfing the net.
I owned a few pda before (O2 Atom, Dopod 810)
Pda may have some more options, this phone is much easier to use and for sure the quality of the sound by making calls is much better as by pda.was never a Samsung lover but what I can see from this mobile, maybe I will become a Samsung lover. For business people using their mobile for calls and mail, this is what you should try.
Maybe 1 more remark,Samsung made an own interface based on mobile 5 for this phone what makes the phone much more easy to use as standard windows 5

i got this phone a week ago and had the same problem with the reception with others. i'm from the philippines and i'm using a smart sim. i tried using the phone with my smart 3g postpaid sim and i can't get through the 3g network. i have to default it to the gsm band coz i don't get any service or signal if i will select the band to auto or WCDMA. i tried to use my 2g smart prepaid sim and it worked pretty well. i think this reception problem would depend on the simcard you are using. i think this samsung phone still have to fix the issue with different simcards.

Of the complains I read here, I did not faced one of them. on my Samsung all works perfect, there is no dust under the screen and there are no dropped calls. I owned 7 pda before from 02, dopod to HP and be honest we need to say, Samsung you made an existing tool better. I tried the E91i too and need to say, it is for sure not bad. but the samsung feels nicer

Just Received, been a Nokia fan mostly & getting to grips with Samsung layout. Windows mobile helps, but some features missing or can't find. Nice clear screen. Finally a small phone, loaded to kick ass. Can't wait for the update to this...

Great phone. I used Imate and Eten before and initially missed touch screen but this has now passed.More phone than PDA but has all the functionality I need. Small and easy to fit in shirt pocket. Downloaded program to edit office documents and can now edit on the run. No crashes in 4 weeks and still going strong!

Now on my tenth Samsung and the i600 is fantastic. If you want a business phone it is perfect. It now saves me carrying a seperate PDA as well. It will never please everyone which is normal but if you are s Samsung fan and want a phone for business this is a good buy. Free in the UK with Orange!
I have now installed TV software so i can watch on the move.

funny huh.. actually i find it funny when people use a phone till it hungs or gets jammed.
To me, a phone gets screwed if the person is also screwed up.sorry to say this, but its really true.
i'm currently using O2 mini and everything fits well despite hearing quiet a number of complaints here and there.
i truly appreciate all the great comments and experience from you guys. but the big question is, do you know how to operate the phone?
i can say i'm kinda of a heavy user myself but you need to know the limits bro.
after all, it is just a piece of gadget
so-called a CELL PHONE.
not here to offend any of you guys but do gain some IT knowledge first.
Adiosss..
