Any updates on the FM radio recorder? Has anybody used it yet? Does it automatically convert the recorded files to Mp3 and save it to the MMC?

all wm phones can act as modem connecting to the internet. go to internet sharing program for that or go download wmwifirouter application (reccomended)

Hi all
Does anyone know if the I8000 Omnia II has a soft modem with which a connection from a laptop (via USB/Blutooth) can be made to the Internet?

and wait for the update for windows mobile 6.5, if it says its availble now for OMNIA II, then click the sign "available now", and if not just wait for it to appear bec. that's the only suggestion I can give to you my friend bec. your country doesn't have winmo 6.5 in your country...

Keme sorry for the late reply here are some guides in how to use the Streaming Player when playing You Tube videos;
STEP 1: activate your wifi
STEP 2: connect to a wireless conection
STEP 3: Go to You Tube
STEP 4: search the video you want to watch
STEP 5: go to MENU
STEP 6: set the buffer to 10 sec
STEP 7: set the SELECT NETWORK to WAP because your using a Wifi
STEP 8: then wait for a few minutes until video is completed, then after that play again the video you want to watch

but when i asked service centre in mumbai -santacruz west they said that os win 6.5 proff. is not launch for omnia i8000 officially
this is very much upsetting to us since why some one use old sofware where as other country it is freely upgradable
is there any other way to upagrade win 6.5 proff from win 6.1? kindly advise .tvp
