I got yesterday by Omnia 2 and its really amazing phone.
But please I need help on how to update my windows mobile 6.1 to 6.5? The procedures on updating the windows mobile on the internet and of course how to back up data while upgrading it etc...

Well to tell you the truth i have to admit that Samsung really need to fix there problem with windows softwear on there phone cause once again the phone is lagging really bad and its acting like the old Omnia.... =[

Do you know why my Omnia II streming pl... moreKeme here's your answer you want help, I will show you my friend how to use You tube using Streaming Player bec. I have already test this out and it works 100%, just follow my steps;
STEP 1: Go Directly to You Tube Icon
STEP 2: After going directly to you Tube Icon, type the video in the search that you want to watch
STEP 3: After searching the video you want to watch, click that video you want to watch
STEP 4: after clicking the video you want to watch, go to menu, after going to menu go to Options
STEP 5: after going to Options, there in "RTSP" you will see the BUFFER, UDP PORT RANGE, TRANSPORT, SELECT NETWORK
STEP 6: Set the buffer to 10 sec, set the UDP PORT RANGE to 6970 - 32000, set the TRANSPORT to Automatic, set the SELECT NETWORK to WAP, then click DONE
STEP 7: wait for the connection to connect to that video
STEP 9: then you can watch the video you want to watch in the YOU TUBE using Stream Player

phones fan, 26 Mar 2010some people use windows mobile 5,6,6,x since long time as p... moreDude,winmo is great os.u can customize everything.and it is more than pda.u can use gr8 softwares like spb mobile shell,s2u2,sk tools etc.so hw can u tell it is outdated.and for example omnia 2 s touch capability is far superior than omnia hd.becaues it has got winmo.so nw think about it...

The omnia doesnt drop calls, it has good reception.
The voice quality from the speaker phone and from the ear piece is very good, very clear.
I havent yet listened to songs on omnia but should be good
It has a bit of a lag but if you are not too much concerned abt that then you can buy.

i think previous you already mention about same issue on streming player and samsung 4 life already inform to send it to servis center. By the way you may try to set your streming player buffer setting to 10 sec and set the select network to Internet...see if it could work on it..

Hi...Could someone tell me about the voice clarity?..Is it clear?..And how about the Signals..are there any call drops?...
and also hows the sound quality when music is played...is it better & louder than the Omnia i900?..

Do you know why my Omnia II streming player can't play youtube video? it will come out with error 'server or data time out' even the video is only for 10 second, for your info im connect using my WIFI. any idea how to make the video play using streming player? is there anyone out there got same problem like me....

The processor is said to do 667MHz, and I know, I have read the dispute response in the review.

Does any of you know a good emulators for samsung omnia....if yes, then pls post the link for the same also....also post the link for that emulator ROM (torrent or direct) such that i can enjoy some good gaming on my omnia....
